Details Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and check-in to Hotel

After landing the flight at TIA, a representative of A Nepal Trek will warmly receive you and will move towards the hotel arranged by A Nepal Trek. We will enjoy delicious dinner at night with a brief description of the upcoming trekking program.

Day 02: Sightseeing Tour of Kathmandu Valley and Pre-trip Preparation

Today, we spend the whole for the sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley with guide. After having breakfast, we visit Pashupatinath, which is regarded as the holiest temple of Lord Shiva then to Bauddhanath known as Little Tibet. From Bauddhanath, we visit Swayambhunath known as Monkey Temple   which is an ancient religious place for Buddhist. After Swayambhunath, we drive to Kathmandu (Basantpur) Durbar Square. Finally, you will have dinner at hotel and stay there overnight.

Day 03: Drive to Nyalam 3300m

Early morning after having delicious breakfast we will drive toward Nayalam. Our route goes through Arniko Highway. We will enjoy the scene of beautiful Nepalese countryside to Kodari on the Nepal Tibet border. We will change our vehicle from the border of Nepal & Tibet; we will start our two hours adventurous uphill drive to Nyalam. Our night will be at guest house.

Day 04: Drive to Peiku-Tso

We will drive to the large Peiku-tso Lake from Nyalam. We will cross two high pass in our way. We can encounter much beautiful scenery. Our night will be as yours choice i.e. guesthouse or camping.

Day 05: Drive to Zhongba

Today we will drive a long way, but the surrounding Tibetan scenery makes our drive worthwhile. We cross the Brahmaputra River on a ferry, pass through Saga, and finally end in the small but very beautiful town of Zhongba. Our night will be as yours choice i.e. guesthouse or camping.

Day 06: Drive to Below Mayun-La

The best breathtaking scenery of entire journey can be seen in today’s journey. We will pass through Paryang and cross several rivers before we reach our camp. Our night will be as yours choice i.e. guesthouse or camping.

Day 07: Drive to Manasarovar 4060m

It will be our final destination to reach the holy site of Lake Manasarovar. We all must be well prepared for an awe-inspiring experience. Our night will be as yours choice i.e. guesthouse or camping.

Day 08: Jeep tour around Lake Manasarovar

We will have the easiest drive of our trip in today’s drive. Beautiful lake, experience of magic of this holy site meet with local pilgrims and visit the beautiful Chiu Monastery. After a short break at Chiu Gompa we will continue drive to Base Camp of Mt. Kailash, Tarchen. Our night will be at local guesthouse or lodges.

Day 09: Drive to Traboche 4750m, Start trek to Dira-Puk

After only a 35 km drive we will reach Tarboche which starts our religious 53 km trek around the Mt. Kailash. We will trek to Dirapuk today, through lush green meadows and babbling mountain streams compliment our walk through the Lha Chu Valley then trek through a narrow river canyon. Enticing waterfalls and steep cliffs surround us. The north face of Mt. Kailash finally appears into view as we reach Dira-puk, a 13^th century monastery. Our night will be as yours choice i.e. guesthouse or camping.

Day 10: Trek to Zutul-Puk 4790m

From Drolma Chu Valley we will climb the prayer flag laden Drolma La pass a relief to cruise downhill towards Zutul-puk, with a view of an alluring mountain lake in the distance. Thukpe Dzingbu Lake is known as the Lake of Compassion. We can also discover several ancient meditation caves! Our night will be as yours choice i.e. guesthouse or camping.

Day 11: Trek to Darchen 4560m, on to Hor

Today is our final day of the kora. Several stream and splendid gorges surround us. Ravishing views of Mt. Kailash are abundant on our walk today. We will meet our jeeps and drive to Hor the east side of Lake Mansarovar. Our night will be as yours choice i.e. guesthouse or camping.

Day 12: Drive to Paryang 4750m

We must leave early today for our drive back to Paryang. However, it is not a wasted day as some of the best scenery on our trip is seen in this section. Relax and enjoy the unparalleled beauty of this drive. Overnight will be at guesthouse.

Day 13: Drive to Saga 4600m

Today is another driving day as we head towards Saga. The sights of the small dusty towns in the way are very much impressive. We will reach Saga in unbelievable way where we will stay in a guest house.

Day 14: Drive to Nyalam 3600m

Yarlung Tsangpo by ferry we will cross once more. We are given one last chance to soak in the beauty of Peiku-tso before arriving back at Nyalam. Our last day at the land of Tibet will be full of enjoyment.

Day 15 Drive to Kathmandu 1400m

We descend Kathmandu through a mossy gorge and brilliant cascading waterfalls. We will cross the friendship bridge From Zhangmu saying good bye to our Tibetan crew and 5 hours scenic drive to Kathmandu where your trip will end.

Day 16: Final Departure

After having a night rest at Kathmandu, we will pack our luggage to march ourselves towards TIA. We have to reach at airport 3 hours before the flight. We will attend a small farewell program organized by A One Nepal Trek. After then we will catch the flight to return back to the home country. We hope, while returning back to home country you will think for a re visit to Nepal. We hope for your better journey.

Safety – Health- facility:

Our first goal is “first safety” for all of our clients and staff. We have smartly experienced friendly and knowledge able workers team. All they are well trained and must of they are license holder Guides. We arrange first aid. Also the area has heath post on every 2 days, and main hospital is not farther than maximum 5 hrs, from any part. We can use a quick drive on ruff road, carry by the people, take a horse ride, and arrange the Helicopter at our needed as per the emergency encase. The physical walk is 6 hours average per day with mini bag with your valued things average 2-5 kg. but 2 days is shorter.

Your Personal Travel Insurance:

We highly advised you to make your travel insurance during Nepal trip from your own country. It is a condition upon joining any of our trips that all clients be insured for comprehensive expenses that might incur due to medical issues or accidents (this includes air ambulance, helicopter rescue, and treatment costs).we don’t arrange or sell insurance.

Tea house Local lodge during the Trek:

All accommodations for Ghorepani-Poon hill Trek are on twin sharing basis included in the trip cost and are chosen based on standard of hygiene, standard and clean of tourist standard available. There are mostly shame styles of accommodations during our trekking. And very some of place has limits of Attach bath room as your own payment. All the lodging and meal cost has controlled by management community at in area.

Meals and Water:

During our Trek, we can enjoy typical Nepali food, different ethnic cuisines as well as all types of international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, and Indian.) are from the menu as per local supplement. Lodge has well trained cook basically attention for clean, hygienic, fresh and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates, variety of breads, variety of drinks, and snacks. You could have able to buy Bottled water from every settlement. Even we would like to support you to pay for local purifying water cheaper with that’s help to controlled plastic pollution. Also the boiled water, or running fresh water with your peals or filtering is much recommended.

What to bring with you:

Raincoat, bag cover, round sun hat. Half paint for rain, waterproof waking boot, Suntan lotion, sunglass, light waterproof gore tax set, a pair of sleepers, some t-shirt, If you have your private light sleeping bag/If Not we will provide, walking stick, your regular drug and necessary you things.

The Annapurna region is stunningly beautiful, but equally fragile. Future generations have just as much of a right to appreciate it as we do. Hence, the tourism industry has an obligation to protect and preserve it. We are consideration a ‘zero impact’ policy on the natural environment and the traditional communities that live at the traveled places. We enforce a number of do’s and don’ts. We also work alongside “KEEP” in order to maintain our environmental concerns.

Best Season: We are Sure Ghorepani-Poon hill trek for all Season. Even Sep to Dec and Feb to Apr is best.

Let us advice as per your choice. 5 stars hotels are in Kathmandu: Hyatt regency, Yak &Yeti, De’l Annapurna, The Everest Hotel, The Malla hotel, and others 4,3, 2,1 stars hotels: 5 stars hotel in Pokhara: Phulbari resort. And others standard hotels: Fishtail lodge, Meera Hotel.

Booking Policy:
