Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek’s first trekkers visited the famous trekking part of Nepal. The 3 majored peaks above 8000 m, from a factor which is just 3,210m. I.e. Poon hill wherein you could trek in an ordinary route below the altitude line and you can discover the splendid best tea-houses/neighborhood mountains and lovely alpine forest. A quaint and scenic civilization is probably higher than your aspiration. The tradition, rituals, chronicle existence in-habitations of Gurung, Magar people are exciting topics. A blooming rhododendron wooded area on the lap of the Himalayas would be an excellent place for photography around the month of April. you may get the opportunity to trek in the shadow of Mt. Annapurna I(8,091m), Mt. Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Mt. Manaslu (8,156m), Mt. Fishtail (6,998m), Mt. Nilgiri (7,041m), Mt. Annapurna II (7,939m), Mt. Annapurna III(7,555m), Mt. Annapurna IV, Mt. Annapurna South (7,219m), Mt.Himchuli and many greater picturesque surroundings.

Details Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu.

We the team of A One Nepal Trek Pvt. Ltd will warmly welcome you to Nepal after landing your flight at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA). We will have a short drive to get a hotel in town. You will be shifted to your booked hotel. Will have a discussion of Ghorepani poon hill trekking with a guide.(Service include: Airport pock+Hotel BB Plan)

Day 02: Kathmandu to Pokhara (7 to 8 hours).

Our journey of Ghorepani Poonhill Trekking starts today. After having breakfast we will drive to Pokhara. Our journey goes for around 7 to 8 hours. We will have lunch on our way. Countryside, roadside old houses and greenery forest in some places with the fast-flowing river will be so much impressive. After reaching Pokhara we can spend some of the leisure time visiting the beautiful area of Lakeside. (Service include: Breakfast+Bus+ Hotel BB Plan)

Day 03: Pokhara to Nayapul drive & trek to Tikhedhunga (1,577m) – 3 Hours.

Before starting today’s journey we will first view the sun rising on Mt Machhapuchhre. After that, we will drive toward Nayapul. From here we will start our real trekking. Firstly we will a bit difficult in walking but after viewing first glimpses of our trek will refresh us and so much impressive. In this way, we will reach Tikhedhunge to spend our night.(Service include:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Guide+Porter+Local lodge)

Day 04: Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2,840m) – 5 Hours

Early morning we will continue our journey to Ghorepani. We need to walk on the fully steep hill. It will lead us to Ulleri beautiful villages of the Magar community. In our way, the Forest of Pine and oak with some wildlife will make us so much impressive. Walking slowly to our destination we will reach Ghorepani to spend our a bit tired night.(Service Include:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Guide+Porter+Local lodge)

Day 05: Hike up to Poon Hill (3,210m) & Tadapani (2610m) – 4 Hours

Today’s day is considered an important day of our trekking. At first, we will hike up to the high hills of Poon Hill. Mt.Annapurna I (8091m), Mt. Machhapuchhre (6996m), Lamjung Himal, Mt. Dhaulagiri I (8167m), Mt.Annapurna south(7219m), etc are some of the best peaks that can be seen from the height of poon hill. Spending some of the precious time in poon hill we will return back to our place. Then we will have our lunch & continue toward Tadapani to spend a cool night.(Service Include:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Guide+Porter+Local lodge)

Day 06: Tadapani to Ghandruk (1,940m) – 4 Hours.

Our today’s destination is will be Ghandruk (biggest Gurung(Gurung is an ethnic group of Nepal) settlement village in Nepal). We will follow the main trial of the beautiful forest of rhododendron. It will lead us to the beautiful area of Ghandruk. In Ghandruk we can learn the lifestyle of local Gurung community culture. We will entertain for some time with a group and have a good night.(Service Include:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Guide+Porter+Local lodge)

Day 07: Ghandruk to Nayapul (1010m) and drive to Pokhara.

Early morning we can have a final view of mountain ranges in Ghandruk. Then we will have breakfast and continue our journey toward Nayapul. Then we will drive back to Pokhara. After reaching Pokhara we will spend some of our leisure time visiting the attractive area of Lakeside.(Service Include:Breakfast+Lunch+Guide+Porter+Hotel)

Day 08: Pokhara to Kathmandu by flight or drive.

Early morning we will be enjoyed with the crystal clear view of the rising sun. After having breakfast we will drive to Kathmandu. Our journey goes for around 7 to 8 hours. We will have lunch on our way. Countryside, roadside old houses and greenery forest in some places with the fast-flowing river will be so much impressive. Or 35 minutes flight. After reaching Kathmandu you will be shifted toward your hotel.(Breakfast+Flight/Bus+ Hotel BB Plan)

Day 09: Farewell(Departure).

We will have drop you at the international airport as per your time. We need to reach 3 hours to Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA). Before that, a small farewell program is done organized by A One Nepal Trek Pvt. Ltd.(Service include: Breakfast and airport drop)

Trek highlights:

One of the most popular short-medium easy treks of Nepal. Rich in nature with 3 major peaks [Mt Dhaulagiri 8167m, Mt Annapurna I 8091m, Mt Manaslu 8163m] and several beautiful peaks. Heavy colorful forest with a variety of flora & fauna. Charming mingle society of people with the unique culture, religion, and seasonal harvesting. Clean running humming waterfalls and streams.

Safety – Health- facility:

Our first goal is “first safety” for all of our clients and staff. We have a smartly experienced friendly and knowledgeable workers team. All they are well trained and must of they are license holder Guides. We arrange first aid. Also, the area has a health post every 2 days, and the main hospital is not farther than the maximum of 5 hrs, from any part. We can use a quick drive on the rough road, carried by the people, take a horse ride, and arrange the Helicopter at our needed as per the emergency encase. The physical walk is 6 hours on average per day with a mini bag with your valued things average 2-5 kg. but 2 days is shorter.

Your Personal Travel Insurance:

We highly advised you to make your travel insurance during the Nepal trip from your own country. It is a condition upon joining any of our trips that all clients be insured for comprehensive expenses that might incur due to medical issues or accidents (this includes air ambulance, helicopter rescue, and treatment costs). we don’t arrange or sell insurance.

Teahouse Local lodge during the Trek:

All accommodations for Ghorepani-Poon hill Trek are on a twin-sharing basis included in the trip cost and are chosen based on the standard of hygiene, standard, and clean of tourist standard available. There are mostly shame styles of accommodations during our trekking. And very some of the place has limits of Attach bath room as your own payment. All the lodging and meal costs have been controlled by the management community in the area.

Meals and Water:

During our Trek, we can enjoy typical Nepali food, different ethnic cuisines, as well as all types of international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, and Indian.), which are from the menu as per local supplement. Lodge has well-trained cooks basically attention to clean, hygienic, fresh, and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates, a variety of bread, a variety of drinks, and snacks. You could have been able to buy Bottled water from every settlement. Even we would like to support you to pay for local purifying water cheaper with that’s help to controlled plastic pollution. Also, boiled water or running fresh water with your peals or filtering is much recommended.

What to bring with you:

Raincoat, bag cover, round sun hat. Half paint for rain, waterproof walking boot, Suntan lotion, sunglass, light waterproof gore tax set, a pair of sleepers, some t-shirt, If you have your private light sleeping bag/If Not we will provide, walking stick, your regular drug and necessary you things.

Environmental sensitive:

The Annapurna region is stunningly beautiful but equally fragile. Future generations have just as much of a right to appreciate it as we do. Hence, the tourism industry has an obligation to protect and preserve it. We are considering a ‘zero impact’ policy on the natural environment and the traditional communities that live in the traveled places. We enforce a number of dos and don’ts. We also work alongside “KEEP” in order to maintain our environmental concerns.

Best Season:

We are Sure Ghorepani-Poon hill trek for all seasons. Even Sep to Dec and Feb to May are best.

Booking Policy:

Confirm your trip at least two months before, with 35% of the payment and a copy of your passport. One group leader or agent will be free of service charge above 12 of paying the person in a group.[tax, flight, and monuments fee is not free).
