Details Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu.

When you will get on the flight from your country, you will be landed in the land of the Himalayas. After landing the flight, you will be received warmly by the representative of A One Nepal Trek. After completing the legal procedures of the airport, you will be guided towards the hotel room of Kathmandu. The night will be interesting at Kathmandu.  Day 02: Fly from Kathmandu to Tumlingtar and trek to Manebhanjyang

After enjoying breakfast at Kathmandu, we will move towards the airport to catch the flight over to Tumlingtar. The flight takes about 45 minutes for us to reach Tumlingtar. After landing at Tumlingtar, we will move towards the Mane Bhanjyang. The trekking route goes for about 5 to 6 hours. The trail goes through the beautiful forest of rhododendron and Sal. We need to pass through many beautiful villages on the route.  We will enjoy the night at Mane Bhanjyang.(Service include: Airport Drop+Flight+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Tent Camp+Staffs)

 Day 03: Manebhanjyang to Chilchile.1,830m.

From Manebhanjyang, we will ascend towards the Chilchile through the forest of rhododendron and Sal for about 3 to 4 hours. Chilchile is mainly inhabited by Gurung community people. We can see a government school over there. We may find some good tea houses at Chilchile where we will stay the night.

Day 04: Chilchile to Num.1,490m.

From Chilchile, the trail ascends for about two hours to reach the top and then descends following the small perennial river. Continuing our way will lead us to Num after walking for about 4 to 5 hours. Num is a beautiful village where we can have some tea houses and lodges. The night will be enjoyed at Num at 1500m after the trekking of about 4 to 5 hours.(Service include:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Tent Camp+Staffs)

Day 05: Num to Seduwa.1,460m.

From num, the trail goes steeply towards the Neguwa Khola after a descending way of about 2 hours. The trail passes through the suspension bridges and ascends through the forest and a few traditional villages. We can see people grazing and cultivating during the trek to Seduwa. We will stay the night at Seduwa at 1460m.(Service include:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Tent Camp+Staffs)

Day 06: Seduwa to Tashigaon.20,70m.

From Seduwa, we will trek slightly through the surface through the bushes. While walking in this area, we will see many villages in the distance. Walking for about 4 to 5 hours will enable us to reach Tashigaon. On the trail, we will find many types of player flags of Sherpa people. The night will be enjoyed at Tashigaon at 2070m.(Service include:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Tent Camp+Staffs)

Day 07: Tashigaon to Khongma la.3,470m.

From the Tashigaon, the trail ascends through the forest of rhododendron and Sal. After walking for about 5 to 6 hours, we will reach our destination. From the Khongma la we will get an eye-catching view all around us. This place is perfect for camping. The night will be at tented camp at Khongma la at 3470m.

Day 08: Khongma la to Mumbuk.

At first, the path goes to the height of the trail and then goes towards the beautiful lake namely Kalo Pokhari at the height of 4004m. Then the trail will move towards the down track following the path to Mumbuk. It is a beautiful place surrounded by green forests from all sides. The night will be at Mumbuk at the tented camp.

Day 09: Mumbuk to Yangle Kharka.4,075m.

From Mumbuk, we will trek for about 4 to 5 hours. We will hike towards the Yangle Kharka which is regarded as the tough and adventurous path. The trail will move further towards the Yangle Kharka following the Barun River. The trail will offer us a spectacular view of great mountain ranges. The night will be fun at Yangle Kharka.

Day 10: Yak Kharka.4,620m.Rest.

Full day rest and explore.

Day 11: Yangle Kharka to Yak Kharka.4,620m.

The trail from the Yangle Kharka will further ascend through the grasslands and forest. We can get the majestic view of great ranges of mountains like Mt. Tutse, Ishuwa La, and other numerous numbers of mountains all around us. We will reach Yak Kharka after a trekking of about 5 to 6 hours. Day 12: Yak Kharka to Makalu base camp.4,800m.

From the yak Kharka, we will move towards our destination. We will pass through the main trail to reach Makalu base camp. From the base camp, we can get a panoramic view of mountains like Mt. Makalu, Baruntse, Kali Himal, Chamlang, and Makalu. The night will be enjoyed at Makalu base camp at tented camp.

Day 13: Makalu base camp to Hilary base camp.5,215m.

From Makalu base camp, we will start the trek following the beautiful but tough trail of the high lands for Hilary base camp. The view of the surrounding will be worth watching. We will walk through the main trail for several hours to reach Hilary base camp at 5215m.(Service include:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Tent Camp+Staffs)

Day 14: Hilary base camp to Baruntse base camp.5,350m.

While trekking at these highlands, we need to acclimatize ourselves at every moment as the altitude may create a problem in the further journey. We will follow the main trail from the Hilary base camp to the Baruntse base camp to the altitude of 5350m above sea level after walking for about 5 to 6 hours.

Day 15: Baruntse base camp to Serpeni Col base camp

From the Baruntse base camp, we follow the rough and tough trail which will lead us to the Serpeni Col base camp. Despite its difficulty, we can get the most panoramic view of Mountain View during the whole trek from the Baruntse base camp to Serpeni Col base camp, which lies at an altitude of 5,800m above sea level.(Service include:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Tent Camp+Staffs)

Day 16: Sherpeni base camp to Panch Pokhari

From Serpeni base camp, we will trek towards the Panch Pokhari. The trekking to this area will be tough but interesting also. We will view the most panoramic view of mountains along with the five ponds named Panch Pokhari. We will cross the Serpini Col and West Col at the height of 6,100m. we can trek up to Baruntse base camp.(Service include:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Tent Camp+Staffs)

Day 17: Baruntse base camp to Amphu Laptsa base camp.

Some of the fellow trekkers may spend a day resting at the land of Baruntse base camp. But as A One Nepal Trek suggests, we will continue our journey towards the Amphu Laptsa base camp to the height of 5,550m. The trekking route will offer us a glorious view of mountains of different heights during the trek. We will stay the night at the tented camp at Amphu Laptsa base camp.

Day 18: Amphu Laptsa base camp to Pass 5,850m to Chukkung.

From the Amphu base camp, we will resume our journey following the beautiful trail to Chukkung to the altitude of 4670m. The trek has something great to offer its visitors. Day 19: Chukkung to Tengboche.4670m.

With the lower altitude, we will find more people settling on the trekking trail. From Chukkung, we will descend to the height of 4670m. The returning journey will be surely interesting to the interactive people. We will stay a night at Tengboche.

Day 20: Tengboche to Namche bazaar.3440m.

From Tengboche, we will walk through the main trail of the Everest base camp. The returning journey will be interesting as we can meet some of the fellow trekkers who are moving towards the Everest base camp. The view of the surrounding will be quite exhilarating. The night will be at Namche Bazaar.

Day 21: Namche bazaar to Lukla.2700m.

From Namche Bazaar, we will walk through the trail descending from the beautiful village along with the helpful people throughout the way. We will interact with the local people to get more information about the trekking route and region. The night will be relaxing at Lukla enjoying with friends.

Day 22: Lukla to Kathmandu.

Early morning, we will wake up at Lukla and will have our last breakfast at the land of the Himalayas. Then we will catch the flight over to Kathmandu. The flight goes for about 45 minutes. The leisure time will be spending in doing shopping or visiting the market.(Service include:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Flight+ Hotel)

Day 23: Farewell.

After having a relaxing night at Kathmandu, finally, the day of returning back to your home country and busy schedule has come with the ending of our glittering tour over to the highlands of Nepal. A Nepal Trek will organize a small farewell program at the airport and will help with any inconvenience that may arise during the departure.  We wish for your better journey ahead. Trek highlights:

Safety – Health- facility:

Our first goal is “first safety” for all of our clients and staff. We have a smartly experienced friendly and knowledgeable workers team. All they are well trained and must of they are license holder Guides. We arrange first aid. Also, the area has a health post every 2-4 days, and the main hospital is not farther than the maximum of 5 hrs, from any part. We can use a quick drive on the rough road, carried by the people, take a horse ride, and arrange the Helicopter at our needed as per the emergency encase. The physical walk is 6 hours on average per day with a mini bag with your valued things average 2-5 kg. but 2 days is shorter.

Your Personal Travel Insurance:

We highly advised you to make your travel insurance during the Nepal trip from your own country. It is a condition upon joining any of our trips that all clients be insured for comprehensive expenses that might incur due to medical issues or accidents (this includes air ambulance, helicopter rescue, and treatment costs). we don’t arrange or sell insurance.

Tent Camp during the Trek:

All accommodations for This trek will be tent camp. we will provide two men’s tents for clients, Dining Tent, Staff Tent, Kitchen Tent, and Toilet Tent. There will have well managed with warm sleeping bags and mattresses. Although, After Chukkung could have used the lodge as your own willing.

Meals and Water:

During our Trek, we can enjoy typical Nepali food, different ethnic cuisines, as well as all types of international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, and Indian.), which are from the Our own kitchen. Our cook and helpers are perfect trains for basic attention for clean, hygienic, fresh, and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates, a variety of bread, a variety of drinks, and snacks. You could have been able to get bottled water. Even we would like to support you to use purifying water cheaper with that’s help to controlled plastic pollution. We used iodine water to cook, wash, drink, and clean.

What to bring with you:

Raincoat, bag cover, round sun hat, warm fleece cap, Full paint for rain, waterproof walking boot, Suntan lotion, sunglass, light waterproof gore tax set, a pair of sleepers, some t-shirt, down Jacket, inner thermal, Gloves, Warm shocks, Crampons, If you have your private sleeping bag/If not we will provide, walking stick, your regular drug,5 pc of PP size photos, and necessary things.

Environmental sensitive:

The Makalu-Barun region is stunningly beautiful but equally fragile. Future generations have just as much of a right to appreciate it as we do. Hence, the tourism industry has an obligation to protect and preserve it. We are considering a ‘zero impact’ policy on the natural environment and the traditional communities that live in the traveled places. We enforce a number of dos and don’ts. We also work alongside “KEEP” in order to maintain our environmental concerns.

Best Season: 

Aug to Nov and Mar to June are the best season.
