Details Intinerary

Day 01: Arrival to Kathmandu.

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu at TIA, a representative of A One Nepal Trek will warmly welcome you to Nepal. She/he will guide you towards the hotel room of Nepal. The day can be either rest day or some sightseeing day of Kathmandu. The night will be at the hotel by discussing the tour and enjoying the delicious dinner.

Day 02: Kathmandu to Lukla and trek to Paiya.

Early morning, we will catch the flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. Throughout the flight, we will enjoy the view of great ranges of the mountain through the flight. The view of snow capped mountains from the top will obviously interesting. After landing at Lukla, we will walk through the Jungle to reach to Paiya at 2,730m. We will begin to see numbers of peaks with the early trekking from Lukla to Paiya.

Day 03: Paiya to Pangkoma.

From Paiya, we will march towards the wooden bridge and to the slippery land of Kari la pass. We will continue our journey through the beautiful forest of rhododendron and bamboo. We will have a glorious view of mountains from the trail. The glorious view of Dudh Koshi river will surely mesmerize us. We will be at Pangkongama for the resting night at 2,850 m.(Service Include: Guide+Porter+ B+L+D with Local lodge)

Day 04: Pangkoma to Shibuche.

Early morning, we will move our feet further towards the Shibuche. The trekking may go for about 4 to 5 hours long through the forest of rhododendron. We will be offered with the mesmerizing view of Mera peak during the trek. Finally, we will be at Nigmsa at the end of the day.(Service Include:Guide+Porter+ B+L+D with Local lodge)

Day 05: Trek to Chhatra Khola.

From Nigmsa, we will start our trek through the steep and sloppy trail which goes towards the narrow and mountain trail. We will be served with delicious breakfast along the way. The trail will follow much beautiful forest of rhododendron and bamboo. We will stay the night at Chhatra Khola.(Service Include:Guide+Porter+ B+L+D with Local lodge)

Day 06: Chhatra Khola to Kothe.

From Chhatra Khola, we will move towards the Hinku valley from where the splendid view of nature can be seen. Straight through the bamboo forest, we will enjoy the mesmerizing view of Mera peak. Then passing Tashing Dingma through the tea shops and ahead of the Hinku valley, we will arrive at Kothe at 3,600 m.

Day 07: Kothe to Tangnang.

From Kothe, with the early morning sun, we will begin our journey. We will move through the beautiful ridge of Hinku Khola in the shadow of Mera peak. We will be served by the lunch on the way. Viewing some beautiful monasteries and the glorious view of mountains will mesmerize us. We will continue until we reach to Tangnang at 4,350 m.(Service Include:Guide+Porter+ B+L+D with Local lodge)

Day 08:  Tangnang to Khare.

From Tangnang, the trail goes towards the beautiful glacial rivers viewing some spectacular view of Charpate Himal. The trail gradually climbs up to Khare. Khare is the best camping place of that territory. From here, we will view the beautiful north face of Mera peak.(Service Include:Guide+Porter+ B+L+D with Local lodge)

Day 09: Khare to Mera peak base camp.

From Khare, we walk through the main trail of the Mera peak base camp. We need to trek through the steep trail which will go for about 3 to 4 hours long. We will be excited by the closer view of Mera peak. We should continue our way for 3 to 4 hours to achieve our destination. The night will be at the tented camp of Mera peak base camp.

Day 10: Base camp to High camp.

After spending a night at the tented camp of Mera peak base camp, we will move towards the height with some patience and strength. Every step of us will lead us much closer to the beautiful Mera peak summit. We will trek for about 4 to 5 hours in the snowy trail from the base camp to high camp.(Service Include:Guide+Porter+ B+L+D with Tent Camp)

Day 11: High camp to Mera peak summit and back to Khare.

Today is the key day of our trekking. We will start the day much earlier than ever. We need to walk for about 8 to 9 hours today to achieve our dream. We will continue our journey until we reach the top from where we will be pleased to view the panoramic view around the region. We will return back to Khare through the descending way to rest and to clear the night relaxing at the land of Himalayas.(Service Include: Guide+Porter+ B+L+D with Local lodge)

Day 12: Khare to Kothe.

After achieving our dream, we will move towards the lowland of Kothe. We will leave the beautiful Mera peak at its natural position and will carry the memory with us. We will make the return journey through the Hinku valley to Kothe. The night will be somewhere at Kothe.(Service Include: Guide+Porter+ B+L+D with Local lodge)

Day 13: Kothe to Thuli Kharka.

From Kothe, we will climb for about 2 hours to reach to Thuli Kharka through the forest of rhododendron. We will make our journey viewing the magnificent view of mountain ranges of Mera peak in our side screen during the trek. We will be at Thuli Kharka within the passage of about 5 to 6 hours. Day 14: Thuli Kharka to Lukla.

From Thuli Kharka we will make a hike for about 2 hours which will lead us to the high land of Zatrwa la pass. From the pass, we will see the blessing of nature in the land of Lukla valley. We will see many beautiful ranges of mountains by our naked eyes while trekking at the Lukla village. We will enjoy the last dinner at the land of Himalayas at Lukla. Day 15: Lukla to Kathmandu.

Early morning, we will wake up at Lukla and will have our last breakfast at the land of the Himalayas. Then we will catch the flight over to Kathmandu. The flight goes for about 45 minutes. The leisure time will be spending in doing shopping or visiting the market.(Service Include:Flight with Guide+B+Hotel)

Day 16: Farewell.

After having a relaxing night at Kathmandu, finally, the day of returning back to our home country and busy schedule has come with the ending of our glittering tour over to the highlands of Nepal. A One Nepal Trek will organize a small farewell program at the airport and will help for any inconvenience that may arise during the departure. Safety Health- facility:

Our first goal is First safety for all of our clients and staff. We have smartly experienced friendly and knowledgeable workers team. All they are well trained and must of they are license holder Guides. We arrange first aid. Also, the area has the health post on every 2 days, and the main hospital is not farther than maximum 5 hrs, from any part. We can use a quick drive on the rough road, carried by the people, take a horse ride, and arrange the Helicopter at our needed as per the emergency encase. The physical walk is 6 hours average per day with a mini bag with your valued things average 2-5 kg. but 2 days is shorter.

Your Personal Travel Insurance:

We highly advised you to make your travel insurance during Nepal trip from your own country. It is a condition upon joining any of our trips that all clients be insured for comprehensive expenses that might incur due to medical issues or accidents (this includes air ambulance, helicopter rescue, and treatment costs).we don’t arrange or sell insurance.

Climbing Guide and staffs Insurance and facility:

Due to risk and liabilities, Nepal Government acted Guide equipment fee USD 350, Insurance USD 15,000 over, medical insurance USD 4,000, Plus his regular facility are salary, lodging, and food. Also reasonable staff insurance up to USD 5,000 per Staffs and facility.

Climbing Permit fee:

There are two categories of Peaks on Nepal mountaineer list. The fee are fixed for both categories of Peaks.The climbing permit fee USD 250 Per Person.

Camp/Tea house Local lodge during the Trek:

All accommodations for Trek are on twin sharing basis included in the trip cost and are chosen based on the standard of hygiene, standard and clean of tourist standard available. There are mostly shame styles of accommodations during our trekking. And 3 Nights camping. All the lodging and meal cost has controlled by management community at in the area.

Meals and Water:

During our Trek, we can enjoy typical Nepali food, different ethnic cuisines, as well as all types of international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, and Indian.), are from the menu as per local supplement. Lodge has well-trained cook basically attention for clean, hygienic, fresh and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates, the variety of bread, the variety of drinks, and snacks. You could have able to buy Bottled water from every settlement. Even we would like to support you to pay for local purifying water cheaper with that’s help to controlled plastic pollution. Also, the boiled water or running fresh water with your peals or filtering is much recommended.

What to bring with you:

Raincoat, bag cover, round sun hat. Half paint for rain, waterproof walking boot, Suntan lotion, sun-glass,hand glove,warm cap, light waterproof gore tax set, a pair of sleepers, some t-shirt, If you have your private light sleeping bag/If Not we will provide, walking stick, your regular drug and necessary you things, harness, Personal climbing gear, crampons, climbing boots.

Environmental sensitive:

The Khumbu region is stunningly beautiful but equally fragile. Future generations have just as much of a right to appreciate it as we do. Hence, the tourism industry has an obligation to protect and preserve it. We are considering a zero impact policy on the natural environment and the traditional communities that live in the traveled places. We enforce a number of does and don’ts. We also work alongside KEEP in order to maintain our environmental concerns.

Sep to Dec and Feb to May are the best.

Hotels in Kathmandu:

We will provide 2-star label hotel in Kathmandu. Let us advise as per your choice with extra cost for deluxe hotels as your need:

Booking Policy:

Confirm your trip at least two months before, with 25% of the payment and a copy of your passport. One group leader or agent will be free of service charge above 12 of paying the person in a group.[tax, flight and monuments fee is not free).
