Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m)

Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our team will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel. Spend the day relaxing, exploring the vibrant streets of Thamel, or purchasing last-minute trekking supplies.

Day 02: Fly to Lukla (2,850 m) & Trek to Phakding (2,660 m)

• Flight Time: ~35 mins | Trek Duration: 3–4 hours Enjoy a scenic flight to Lukla’s mountain airstrip. Meet your trekking support team and begin hiking along the Dudh Koshi River Valley to Phakding.

Day 03: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)

• Trek Duration: 5–6 hours Cross high suspension bridges through Monjo—the entry checkpoint for Sagarmatha National Park. Ascend steeply up to Namche Bazaar, the vibrant Sherpa hub, catch your first glimpse of Mt. Everest (weather permitting).

Day 04: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)

To adapt to the rising elevation, spend an active acclimatization day in Namche. Options include a morning hike to the Everest View Hotel (3,880 m), a visit to Khunde Hospital, or exploring the local Sherpa Culture Museum.

Day 05: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,867 m)

• Trek Duration: 5–6 hours Follow a scenic trail high above the Dudh Koshi River before descending to Phunki Tenga for lunch. Climb through rhododendron forests to reach Tengboche, home to the region’s largest Buddhist monastery with panoramic views of Ama Dablam and Mt. Everest.

Day 06: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410 m)

• Trek Duration: 5–6 hours Descend through alpine woodlands into the Imja Valley. Hike past stone-walled pastures protecting barley and potato fields to reach the high-altitude village of Dingboche.

Day 07: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche (4,410 m)

Enjoy a second dedicated acclimatization day. Take an optional day hike up Nagarjun Hill (5,100 m) or the ridge towards Chhukung for breathtaking vistas of Mt. Makalu, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam.

Day 08: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4,940 m)

• Trek Duration: 4–5 hours Ascend the moraine ridge of the Khumbu Glacier. Pass through Thokla (Dughla) and stop at Chupki Lhara to pay respects at the climber memorials before continuing along the glacial path to Lobuche.

Day 09: Trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,164 m) & Everest Base Camp (5,364 m)

• Trek Duration: 8 – 9 hours An early start takes you across rocky glacial moraines to Gorak Shep. Leave your main pack at the lodge and push forward to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m). Take photos at the edge of the Khumbu Icefall before returning to Gorak Shep for the night.

Day 10: Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545 m) & Trek to Pheriche (4,280 m)

• Trek Duration: 7–8 hours Begin early at dawn for a steep climb up Kala Patthar (5,545 m) to experience the ultimate sunrise view over Mt. Everest, Nuptse, and Changtse. Return to Gorak Shep for breakfast, then descend to Pheriche.

Day 11: Trek from Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)

• Trek Duration: 6–7 hours Trek downhill through rhododendron and juniper forests. Pass through Tengboche and Kyangjuma before returning to Namche Bazaar for a warm shower and a celebratory meal.
• Included: Guide, Porter, Meals (B/L/D), Lodge Stay 

Day 12: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,850 m)

• Trek Duration: 6–7 hours Follow the Dudh Koshi River trail downwards, passing through Monjo and Phakding. Complete the final leg back to Lukla and enjoy your last evening in the Khumbu region with your trekking team.

Day 13: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu (1,400 m)

• Flight Time: ~35 mins Board an early morning flight back to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel for rest, souvenir shopping, or leisure time.
• Included: Domestic Flight, Airport Transfers, Hotel (Bed & Breakfast) 

Day 14: Final Departure / Farewell

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. A representative will pick you up approximately 3 hours prior to your international flight for your transfer to the airport.

Mandatory Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strictly required to join the trek. Guests must purchase comprehensive coverage in their home country that includes medical care, high-altitude illness treatment, air ambulance, and emergency helicopter rescue up to 6,000 meters.

Meals, Lodging & Safe Water

• Accommodations: Twin-sharing rooms in traditional tea houses and lodges adhering to tourist-standard hygiene regulations.
• Varied Cuisine: Full menus offering authentic Nepali Dal Bhat, Tibetan bread, and international options (Continental, Italian, Indian).
• Safe Water Solutions: Bottled water is available along the route. To reduce plastic waste in the fragile ecosystem, we recommend purchasing local purified water, using water purification tablets, or filling up on boiled, filtered water.

What to Pack

• Clothing & Outerwear: Lightweight t-shirts, thermal base layers, waterproof Gore-Tex jacket and pants, sun hat, and warm gloves.
• Footwear: Broken-in waterproof trekking boots and comfortable light shoes or sandals for tea houses.
• Essential Gear: Polarized UV sunglasses, high-SPF sunscreen, trekking poles, personal medications, and a 4-season sleeping bag (provided upon request if needed).

Operating inside the fragile Sagarmatha National Park (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), we adhere to a strict “Zero Impact” environmental policy to protect local ecosystems and Sherpa communities. We collaborate with the Kathmandu Environmental Project (KEEP) to practice sustainable mountain tourism.

Best Seasons

Trekking is possible year-round, but the best conditions are during Autumn (September–December) and Spring (February–May) for clear skies and optimal temperatures.

2. Advance Deposit: A 35% advance deposit per group member via bank wire is required to confirm your trip (preferably 3 months before departure).
3. Group Discount: For a group of 12 or more paying travelers, one group leader receives a complimentary service package (excludes government taxes, flights, and park permit fees).
