Any of the perspectives from the swirling misty mountains of the Annapurnas will take your breath away, but an almost 2 weeks venture to Annapurna’s Base Camp reveals breathtaking angles you’ll probably never ever forget. Annapurna Base Camp Trek also an epic route which takes us into the high alpine areas of the Annapurna region. The well-marked trails through the mountain displays before us great views of towering summits that include the likes of Annapurna I(8091m), Annapurna II, Annapurna III, Annapurna IV, Hiunchuli, Gangapurna, Machhapuchhre and many more elevated white snowcapped mountains that stir our emotions to the core. Our trails cut across green grassy highlands and terraced fields, flowing forest of rich colorful rhododendron and gorgeous traditional villages sitting pretty amidst stunning landscapes that send our emotions into overdrive. Trekking in this region generally undertakes high altitudes where we experience extreme thin air which may give way to some minor problems for some hikers, but this can be easily overcome with some good rest in-between our hikes; hence, we need to be cautious through some good acclimatizing & breathing space while trekking in this zone.

Annapurna Base Camp Trek Overall, the best seasons to trek to ABC would be in early autumn and early spring i.e. October through January & February through May, it’s pleasant on the body between these months for hikes in the alpine territory such as the Annapurna region. Details Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu.

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu, We will personally be at the airport to pick you up on time. You will be transferred to your hotel as per the prior booking agreed between us. After refreshing up with some welcome drinks, you can go to your room, relax for some time and then stroll the night and get enchanted by Kathmandu, visit the local market and buy some necessary things which you may need. On returning back to your hotel, you will be treated to a “Traditional Nepali dinner” and later you will be oriented on your upcoming journey. Enjoy your first night in the ancient city of temples & cows, probably the most in the world. (Service includes: Airport pickup + Hotel BB Plan)

Day 02: Kathmandu to Pokhara.

After breakfast, we hop a thirty-minute flight to Pokhara from Kathmandu airport. During the flight, the views from your window seat give you mesmerizing views of glorious Manaslu and the snow-capped Annapurna mountain range. We reach our hotel, refresh & get familiar with our surroundings. We can go for a stroll down the Fewa Lake & also do some boating. We could also visit David’s fall and visit the peace stupa. The city of lakes –Pokhara is a wonderful city to explore around. We also have the option to drive down should we choose to. Or we could have to go by drive in the early morning, the trekking will start with a drive over to Pokhara. The route goes for about 7 hours on a bus. We will certainly enjoy the panoramic view of the roadside houses and forests. The night will be fascinating at Pokhara viewing some spectacular places around the valley. Overnight at your hotel. Day 03: Pokhara to Nayapul (drive) and to Tikhedhunga.

Drive from Pokhara (915m.) to Nayapul (1050m.) takes approximately one and a half hours. Now you begin your trek from Nayapul (1050m.) to Tirkhedhunga (1577 m.) via Birethanti (1065m.) which takes about four and half hours. Day 04: Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani.2880m.

Trek from Tirkhedhunga to Ghorepani (2875m.) takes about 7 hours. To begin your trek, you could ascend steeply for the early 2 hours and then ascend gently passing through Ulleri (2070m.) and Banthanti, Magar villages. On the way, you can view the Machhapuchhare or Fish Tail (6997m.), Hiunchuli (6441m.), and Annapurna (7219m) south. Day 05: Hike up to Poon hill and trek to Tadapani.2650m.

Today is a wonderful day because we get onto Poon Hill – an emblem of the Annapurna region. We climb the steep trail to the viewpoint of Poon Hill (3200mtrs). The efforts will be rewarded with fantastic views of Mt Annapurna I 8091m, Mt Dhaulagiri 8167m, Mt Manaslu 8163m, Mt Fishtail 6996m, and more than 15 other peaks from shame land. After taking photos and having some coffee or tea or hot chocolate, we return back to Ghorepani. After breakfast, we head east and climb a nearby ridge. We descend through rhododendron forest, pass by superb waterfalls along the way and reach Tadapani overnight.(Service includes: Guide+Porter +Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+local lodge)

Day 06: Tadapani to Chomrong.2140m.

As we plod upwards along the forested ridge residing in the vicinity of chains of cloud-clustered hills, a grass-covered slope opens up leading to a course descending across a rock-strewn area to the riverbed of Kali Gandaki. Kali Gandaki is the world’s deepest river gorge of great bio-geographical significance regarded as demarcating Eastern and Western avifauna. The trail up the Modi Khola passes through dense forests of rhododendron and bamboo across the Annapurna mountain range. After trekking for 5 hours, we reach Chomrong. From Chomrong we can get outstanding and gripping views of Machhapuchhare. There are many chalet-style wooden lodges at Chomrong which provide accommodation and food…& for dessert, it’s apple pie…we bunk out for the night down here.(Service includes: Guide+Porter +Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+local lodge)

Day 07: Chomrong to.Dovan.2142m.

Stone-stepping through the Chomrong Khola, we continue hiking along with steep stone steps. On our trails, we bypass rhododendron-covered ridge paths, mountainous terrains, and forests of bamboo. As we savor awe-inspiring views of Annapurna mountain ranges and Machhapuchhare, we gather more energy and enthusiasm to explore further. During our

five-hour walking, we cross Modi Khola, pass through Khuldigar, Bamboo, and Dovan, and finally reach Himalaya Hotel where we wrap up our trip for the day.(Service includes: Guide+Porter +Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+local lodge)

Day 08: Trek to Deurali.3,200m.

From Dovan, only a trek of about 4 to 4.5 hours will be enough for us to reach Deurali but is very risky as snow avalanches and attitude gets a bit nervy for many trekkers. The trail begins following the forest of bamboo and rhododendron to the Hinko cave. The trail then leads us to Deurali at 3200m. Day 09: Trek to Annapurna base camp. 4,130m.

From Deurali, as we trundle on to Annapurna Base Camp, the vegetation disappears. We will encounter snow boulders melting and forming small streams. The path widens as we enter the Sanctuary, follows a stream, and then climbs to a few huts alongside a moraine. Upon arrival at this juncture, we will enjoy sensational views of the near-vertical south face of Annapurna towering above the sanctuary. Annapurna Base Camp sanctuary boasts of vibrant views without anything blocking panoramas of the 360 degrees sights. The heart-inspiring views of Machhapuchre, Annapurna south, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli, and other peaks will be the boon of our hard efforts. The Climax of our trip almost concludes today! Day 10: Return from Base camp to Bamboo.

At the break of dawn, we delight in the awesome sunrise over the Himalayas from Annapurna Base Camp. After breakfast, we start descending from Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo back through Machhapuchre Base Camp, Deurali, Dovan and finally reach Bamboo. Heading back down to the valley is much easier than climbing up. We will see the waterfalls that drop down from a high point to the rocks below. We further pass through the forests with great views of the Fishtail and Hiunchuli mountains. Overnight at Bamboo.(Service includes: Guide+Porter +Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+local lodge)

Day 11: Bamboo to Jhinu.

The path descends to Bamboo passing through forests with varieties of rhododendron, oaks, and bamboo plants. After Bamboo, the trail goes steeply up to the Kuldi Ghar where the trail turns quite flat until we reach Sinuwa. We then gradually descend to the Chumrong Khola, where we follow a stone staircase for almost an hour to reach Chumrong. The last part of the trail goes steeply down to Jhinudanda. From the town, we walk down for 20 minutes to reach the hot spring where we can take a dip to rejuvenate our weary body by the banks of the Modi Khola. Day 12: Jhinu to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara.

From Jhinu, after enjoying the life experiences of this trip and a hot natural spring water bath, we inspire ourselves further with a drive back to Nayapul. On reaching Nayapul it will be fine to haul up for our lunch and a break. We will have our lunch at Nayapul and then take the short drive to Pokhara. We spend our night in the exciting city of lakes – Pokhara. (Service includes: Guide+Porter +Breakfast+Lunch+Hotel)

Day 13: Pokhara to Kathmandu.

From Pokhara, a thrilling scenic drive of 6 to 7 hours will be enough to return to Kathmandu. We will relaxingly enjoy the views of the green forest and the roadside houses of rural Nepal while returning to Kathmandu. The evening will be delightful visiting the market area of Kathmandu. We will check into our hotel BB plan and enjoy the comforts of a comfy bed with soft pillows after the trailblazing Mustang trek. We also have the option of a Flight from Pokhara which takes about 35 minutes to Kathmandu. (Service includes: Breakfast+Drive+Hotel)

Day 14: Farewell program – see you again, buddies!!

Approximately 3 hours before the scheduled flight a representative from ‘A One Nepal Trek’ will take you to the airport. On your way home you’ll have plenty of time to organize your plans for the next adventure in the wonderful Himalayan country of Nepal. Trek highlights:

One of the most popular medium treks of Nepal. Rich in nature with 3 major peaks [Mt. Dhaulagiri 8,167m, Mt. Annapurna ‘I’- 8,091m, Mt. Manaslu 8,163m] and several beautiful peaks. Heavy colorful forest with a variety of flora & fauna. Charming mingle society of people with a unique culture, religion, and seasonal harvesting. Clean running humming waterfalls and streams.

Safety Health- facility:

Our first goal is the first safety for all of our clients and staff. We have a smartly experienced friendly and knowledgeable workers team. All they are well trained and must of they are license holder Guides. We arrange first aid. Also, the area has a health post every 2 days, and the main hospital is not farther than maximum of 5 hrs, from any part. We can use a quick drive on a rough road, carried by the people, take a horse ride, and arrange the Helicopter at our needed as per the emergency encase. The physical walk is 6 hours on average per day with a mini bag with your valued things average 2-5 kg. but 2 days is shorter.

Your Personal Travel Insurance:

We highly advised you to make your travel insurance during the Nepal trip from your own country. It is a condition upon joining any of our trips that all clients be insured for comprehensive expenses that might incur due to medical issues or accidents (this includes air ambulance, helicopter rescue, and treatment costs). We don’t arrange or sell insurance in Nepal.

Teahouse Local lodge during the Trek:

All accommodations for ABC Trek are on a twin sharing basis included in the trip cost and are chosen based on a standard of hygiene, standard, and clean of tourist standard available. There are mostly shame styles of accommodations during our trekking. And very some of the place has limits of Attach bathroom as your own payment. All the lodging and meal costs have been controlled by the management community in the area.

Meals and Water:

During our Trek, we can enjoy typical Nepali food, local food, different ethnic cuisines as well as all types of international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, and Indian.) are from the menu as per local supplement. Lodge has a well-trained cook basically attention to clean, hygienic, fresh, and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates, a variety of bread, a variety of drinks, and snacks. You could have been able to buy Bottled water from every settlement. Even we would like to support you to pay for local purifying water cheaper with that’s help to controlled plastic pollution. Also, boiled water or running fresh water with your peals or filtering is much recommended.

What to bring with you:

Raincoat, bag cover, round sun hat. Half paint for rain, waterproof walking boot, Suntan lotion, sunglass, light waterproof gore tax set, a pair of sleepers, some t-shirt, If you have your private light sleeping bag/If Not we will provide, walking stick, your regular drug and necessary you things.

Environmental sensitive:

The Annapurna region is stunningly beautiful but equally fragile. Future generations have just as much of a right to appreciate it as we do. Hence, the tourism industry has an obligation to protect and preserve it. We are considering a zero-impact policy on the natural environment and the traditional communities that live in the traveled places. We enforce a number of does and don’t. We also work alongside KEEP in order to maintain our environmental concerns.

Best Season:

We are Sure Annapurna Base camp trek for all seasons. Even Feb to May & Sep to Dec is best.

We provide a 3* level hotel as per our package. Let us advise as per your choice.

Booking Policy:

Confirm your trip at least two months before, with 30% of the payment and a copy of your passport. One group leader or agent will be free of service charge above 12 of paying a person in a group.[tax, flight, and monuments fee is not free.
