Trekking in Nepal is one of the most adventurous and exciting activities in a trekker’s life as she/he will not be disappointed with his decision to trek over to the land of Himalayas. Nepal is the land of Himalayas which consist numerous numbers of sky soaring and beautiful ranges of mountains and the trekking to these high lands will definitely gain some life time remembering experiences in any trekker’s life. The trekking to Nepal varies from easy to moderate to strenuous. The trekking through the flat surface and can be completed within a short period of about 2 to 3 days is considered as easy trekking whereas trekking to general sloppy area with some forested area is considered to be moderate trekking which may lasts for about 10 to 15 days. Similarly, the trekking to the highlands of the Himalayas where we have to encounter with the white and cold snow is considered as the strenuous and tough trekking ion Nepal. The trekking may lasts for more than 20 days where the trekkers should use the tent and camp to stay at many point. The strenuous trekking is really adventurous and exhilarating. The trekking to Nepal involves walking for about 5 to 7 hours daily walking. While trekking, the trekkers get the opportunity of viewing the nice and fine picture of green forest along with the glorious view of great mountains combined with some extinct animals view throughout the trekking route. But the presence of forest and high hills may differ according to trekking destination. Major part of the trekking route of Nepal is covered with the beautiful forest, villages, meadows and high lands along with some glaciers and lakes.

Trekking in Nepal is possible throughout the year. But we need some better guides and trekking information while trekking to Nepal. The sense of trekking and climbing may confuse many of us. Many think that both trekking and climbing is same but in fact the climbing includes the mountain climbing whereas the trekking involves only walking through the trail without using any climbing equipments.

There are several places where we may trek at Nepal. Some of them are Everest base camp trekking, Annapurna trekking, Langtang trekking, Ghorepani trekking, Gokyo lakes trekking, Chisapani trekking, Helambu trekking, Ganesh Himal trekking,  Rolwaling valley trekking,  Upper Mustang, Upper Dolpo, Dhaulagiri trekking and other numerous numbers of trekking route.
