Annapurna Circuit Trekking is one of the popular high pass trekking routes of all around the world situating at the Annapurna conservation area. This trekking route offers a glorious view of the Himalayas including Mt. Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Annapurna I (8,091m), Mt. Manaslu (8,163m), Mt. Nilgiri (7,041m), Mt. Machhapuchhre (6,998m) Himalchuli (6,441m) and many other dazzling beautiful mountains. The trekking to high point through the Thorung La pass at the altitude of 5,416m. This circuit trek follows Marsyangdi River up to Manang valley. Due to the presence of beautiful ranges of mountains.

Annapurna Circuit Trekking has been proved as a highly praised and spectacular trekking route in the Annapurna region since 1977 when it was opened for foreign people. The trek starts from Kathmandu with a drive over to Besisahar. Following the Marsyangdi River, the route goes from Besisahar to Syange, Chamje, Dharapani, Chame, Pisang, Manang and through the beautiful trekking route. The trekking route is also called world classic trekking as well. Generally, Annapurna circuit trek we consider the autumn and spring season as the best season to trek to this region but as per the wish of trekkers, A One Nepal Trek Company will arrange the provision of trekking throughout the year. We can have a close view of the lifestyle and culture of Gurung, Thakalis and Magar community while trekking through this region. We need to acclimatize ourselves during the whole trek. Details Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu.

On your arrival at Nepal international airport at TIA. We can get many banners of welcome to Nepal there, where everyone will be busy receiving the visitors. A representative of A One Nepal Trek will warmly receive us and will guide us towards the hotel room. The night will be enchanting in Kathmandu. (Service includes: Airport pickup + Hotel BB Plan)

Day 02: Drive to Besisahar and to Chame.2,670m.

From Kathmandu, we take a drive to Chame village. After trekking for 10 hours, we will ultimately drive to reach Chame at the altitude of 2630m. We will stay the night at Chame.(Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Hotel)

Day 03: Chame to Pisang.3,200.

From Chame, we will trek for about 6 hours to reach Pisang. The trekking route is extremely beautiful here. After reaching Pisang, we can visit the monasteries of that place. We will spend the night at Pisang at the altitude of 3200m above sea level at the nearest lodges.(Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Hotel)

Day 04: Pisang to Manang.3,540m.

From Pisang, we will have to take an upper trekking route via lovely villages of Ghyaru 3670m and Ngawal 3690m (for 7 hours) continues towards Manang viewing the Yak grazing land along with the scalar chain of Annapurna range, Annapurna II, III, IV, Gangapurna, Tilicho peak, Pisang peak, and Lumjung Himal. We could have enjoyed lunch at an ancient lovely village named Ngawal 3690m. Day 05: Rest or acclimatization day at Manang.

Today is about acclimatization/rest. So hiking is not proposing to get tired. Even we suggest going above 300 m above. Everyone spends an extra day in Manang and tries to get up high during a short morning hike before an afternoon siesta. They take their altitude seriously here, even having afternoon briefings on AMS, HACE, HAPE, and so on. Visit Chongkor Gompa and known as 100 lamas! or walk around Gangapurna lake is a fabulous day.(Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Hotel)

Day 06: Manang to Ledar.4,200m.

Some of the fellow trekkers get attracted by the absolute beauty of Manang valley, so they used to spend a day at Manang to acclimatize them. But as Himalayan view trekking suggests, we will continue our way towards the Ledar from Manang. The way goes through the Thorung La pass to Yak Kharka. We may stay the night at the tented camp at Yak Kharka 4200m. Or at Ledar 4330m.(Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Hotel)

Day 07: Ledar to Thorung Phedi.4,450m.

From Ledar or Yak Kharka, we will continue our journey towards the Thorung Phedi along the bank of the Jarsang River. We should continue our way until we reach Thorung Phedi where we will stay the night. The Thorung Phedi is at an altitude of 4410m. Today, we have walked for around 4 to5 hours. If all we are fine with time, we could have ascended 1:30 hrs for high camp 4800 m, which offers better views and advance to easy next day to cross throng-La 5416 m.(Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Hotel)

Day 08: Trek to Muktinath.3,800m.

After enjoying breakfast at Thorung Phedi, we walk towards the holy land to Muktinath. We can get an opportunity of viewing Gangapurna, Annapurna, and other several peaks. After several ups and downs, we can reach Muktinath. We will take a rest at Muktinath at 3800m. The trekking route is 8 hours long.(Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Hotel)

Day 09: Muktinath to Marpha.2,670m.

Early morning, we will wake up earlier than the sun to worship Lord Vishnu at Muktinath. Then we will have breakfast and will proceed forward to Jomsom the same day. The trail goes down to Jomsom for about 4 hours. We can see beautiful hills on our side screen. Day 10: Marpha to Ghasa.2,010m.

6 hours treks follow down on the bank of the Kaligandaki River. The beautiful apple peach garden and rich in harvesting land are super. Mt Annapurna ‘I’ 8091m, Mt Dhaulagiri 8167m, Mt Nilgiri east-west can be seen along the way. 6hrs walk.(Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Hotel)

Day 11: Ghasa to Tatopani.1,190m.

Tatopani means “hot water”. So the place offers a natural hot spring at Tatopani village 1100m. Several tourists and local people enjoy with Hot springs at the bank of the Kaligandaki River. Where can reach 2.30 hrs walk down from Ghasa. We will have been on the world’s deepest gorge between Mt. Annapurna I and Mt. Day 12: Tatopani to Ghorepani.2,860m.

8hrs climb to Ghorepani via big village with harvesting land and nature great views of Himalayas.(Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Hotel)

Day 13: Ghorepani to Poon hill to Hile.1,430m.

After the best sunrise views from Poon hill 3210m. This is one of the best and busy viewpoints of Nepal. we can enjoy the beautiful scenery of mountains Annapurna I (8091m), Machhapuchhre (6998m), Nilgiri (7041m), Annapurna II (7939m), Annapurna III(7555m), Annapurna Iv, and much more beautiful eye-catching beauty of nature. Get back to the hotel at Ghorepani for breakfast then move trek down to Hile for 5 hrs.1400m.(Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Hotel)

Day 14: Hile to Pokhara.

2 hours trek to Nayapul and 1.30 hrs drive to get Pokhara. Tour and shopping. Overnight at Pokhara. (Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Hotel)

Day 15: Pokhara to Kathmandu.

By Flight,35 minutes. And 6hrs drive by tourist standard bus. We can enjoy the scenic beauty while making our journey back to Kathmandu. We will enjoy the evening at Kathmandu visiting the local market. We will clear the night Hotel as per booking. (Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Drive+Hotel)

Day 16: Farewell Program

After having a refreshing breakfast at Kathmandu, we need to pack our luggage for our return journey to our home. We may enjoy the farewell program organized by A One Nepal Trek at the airport. We may take something for the memories of our Nepal visit. (Service includes: Breakfast+Airport drop)

Trek highlights:

One of the most popular adventure treks of Nepal. Rich in nature with 3 major peaks [Mt Dhaulagiri 8,167m, Mt Annapurna I 8,091m, Mt Manaslu 8,163m] and several beautiful peaks. Heavy colorful forest with a variety of flora & fauna. Charming mingle society of people with the unique culture, religion, and seasonal harvesting. Clean running humming waterfalls and streams.

Safety – Health- facility:

Our first goal is “first safety” for all of our clients and staff. We have a smartly experienced friendly and knowledgeable workers team. All they are well trained and must of they are license holder Guides. We arrange first aid. Also, the area has a health post every 2 days, and the main hospital is not farther than the maximum of 5 hrs, from any part. We can use a quick drive on the rough road, carried by the people, take a horse ride, and arrange the Helicopter at our needed as per the emergency encase. The physical walk is 6 hours on average per day with a mini bag with your valued things average 2-5 kg.

Your Personal Travel Insurance:

We highly advised you to make your travel insurance during the Nepal trip from your own country. It is a condition upon joining any of our trips that all clients be insured for comprehensive expenses that might incur due to medical issues or accidents (this includes air ambulance, helicopter rescue, and treatment costs). we don’t arrange or sell insurance.

Teahouse Local lodge during the Trek:

All accommodations for Annapurna Circuit Trek are on a twin sharing basis included in the trip cost and are chosen based on the standard of hygiene, standard, and clean of tourist standard available. There are mostly shame styles of accommodations during our trekking. And very some of the place has limits of Attach bathroom as your own payment. All the lodging and meal costs have been controlled by the management community in the area.

Meals and Water:

During our Trek, we can enjoy typical Nepali food, different ethnic cuisines, as well as all types of international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, and Indian.), which are from the menu as per local supplement. Lodge has a well-trained cook basically attention to clean, hygienic, fresh, and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates, a variety of bread, a variety of drinks, and snacks. You could have been able to buy Bottled water from every settlement. Even we would like to support you to pay for local purifying water cheaper with that’s help to controlled plastic pollution. Also, boiled water or running fresh water with your peals or filtering is much recommended.

What to bring with you:

Raincoat, bag cover, round sun hat. Half paint for rain, waterproof walking boot, Suntan lotion, sunglass, light waterproof gore tax set, a pair of sleepers, some t-shirt, If you have your private light sleeping bag/If Not we will provide, walking stick, your regular drug and necessary you things.

Environmental sensitive:

The Annapurna region is stunningly beautiful but equally fragile. Future generations have just as much of a right to appreciate it as we do. Hence, the tourism industry has an obligation to protect and preserve it. We are considering a ‘zero impact’ policy on the natural environment and the traditional communities that live in the traveled places. We enforce a number of dos and don’ts. We also work alongside “KEEP” in order to maintain our environmental concerns.

Best Season:

We are sure to trek for all seasons. Even Feb to Apr & Sep to mid of Dec is best.

Hotels in Kathmandu and Pokhara:

We offer a 2-3 *label hotel with a BB plan. If you need a higher class please let us know as your extra payment.

Booking Policy:

Confirm your trip at least two months before, with 25% of the payment and a copy of your passport. One group leader or agent will be free of service charge above 12 of paying the person in a group.[tax, flight, and monuments fee is not free.
