Day 01:  Arrive in Kathmandu

After getting on the plane at TIA. We can get your named banner of welcome to Nepal there where everyone will be busy receiving the visitors. A representative of A One Nepal Trek will warmly receive us and will guide us towards the hotel room. The night will be enchanting in Kathmandu.(Service include: Airport pick up+ Hotel with bb plan)

Day 02: Kathmandu to Syabrubesi.1,503m.

From Kathmandu, we will start our journey driving towards Syabrubesi. It will take around 7 to 8 hours for us in our private vehicle to reach there. We can keep amused ourselves by watching the beautiful scenery on both sides of the road. Our trail goes through the Trisuli River to Dhunche and Ramche Gaon.(Service include:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Local lodge+Guide+ Porter+Drive)

Day 03: Trek to Gatlang.2,238m.

Early morning we are served the refreshing breakfast at Syabrubesi. After breakfast, we have to continue our journey to Gatlang through Bahundada. We will have our lunch at Chaw tar. Following the main trail for few hours, we can reach Gatlang. Gatlang is one of the beautiful and large Tamang villages.(Service include:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Local lodge+Guide+ Porter)

Day 04: Gatling to Somdang via Parvati kunda.3,270m.

We will have a short visit over to Parvati Kunda early in the morning. At Janai Purnima, a big fair is used to hold at Parvati Kunda. People from around the country used to visit here during the particular day.  From Parvati Kunda, we have to move towards the downhill to Yuri Kharka and then to Somdang river.  The Somdang River is the border of Rasuwa and Dhading district. Day 05: Somdang to Pangang la pass 3850m. to Sertung.

Early morning, we need to wake up to begin our journey in the cold and fresh breeze through the forest.  Continuing our trek for 3hours through the forest, we can reach Pasang la pass at the elevation of 3850m. Then trekking route continues to move towards Tipling. The main trekking route goes through the crematorium of Buddhists and Christians. Several gompas and monasteries are made here in the memories of late ancestors. Following the path to Sertung is one of the largest Tamang communities of Nepal. From Sertung the visitors are offered the stunning view of Lapsang Karpo, Ganesh Himal, and several snow-capped mountain ranges.(Service include:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Local lodge+Guide+ Porter+Tent Camp)

Day 06: Trek to Jharlang village.

At Sertung, many trekkers fall in dilemma to choose the correct and easy way that goes towards Jharlang. We will be guided by the guide of A One Nepal Trek through the correct way which is short and easy and goes through the forest for about 5 to 6 trekking hours. The night will be at Jharlang at the height of 3,000m.(Service include:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Local lodge+Guide+ Porter+Tent Camp)

Day 07: Jharlang to Dharka Phedi.

From Jharlang, we will continue our way towards Dharka Phedi for walking for around 4 to 5 hours. The route will amuse us at every viewpoint from where we may get the beautiful glances of the surrounding area. We may get a vehicle to Dhading Besi from here. Day 08: Dharka Phedi to Lapang Phedi.

Three hours Trekking with bank-side of Akhu river. We may have to relax with local people and campfire night.(Service include:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Local lodge+Guide+ Porter+Tent Camp)

Day 09: Lapang Phedi to Kathmandu.

From Lapang, we can enjoy the facility of transportation. We can catch a bus to Kathmandu. We will certainly enjoy the beautiful villages and cultivated areas on the side of the road. We will stop at a different place to have our lunch. We will drive for about 4 to 5 hours. The night will be enjoyed in Kathmandu at the hotel room arranged by our company BB plan.“A One Nepal Trek Pvt Ltd”.

Day 10: Farewell

This is the final day in Nepal.We will wake up early in the morning, take shame refreshing bath, and will pack our luggage with the memories that we have collected during the whole trekking. We should be at the airport 3 hours before the flight. The farewell program organized by A One Nepal Trek will be remarkable. We hope for your better further journey.  Trek highlights:

One of the popular medium treks of Nepal. Rich in nature with major peaks [Mt Ganesh Himal 7,422m, Mt Annapurna I 8,091m, Mt Manaslu 8,163m, Mt Langtang lirung 7,234m] and several beautiful peaks. Heavy colorful forest with a variety of flora & fauna. Charming mingle society of people with the unique culture, religion, and seasonal harvesting. Clean running humming waterfalls and streams.

Safety – Health- facility:

Our first goal is “first safety” for all of our clients and staff. We have a smartly experienced friendly and knowledgeable workers team. All they are well trained and must of they are license holder Guides. We arrange first aid. Also, the area has a health post every 2 days, and the main hospital is not farther than the maximum of 5 hrs, from any part. We can use a quick drive on the rough road, carried by the people, take a horse ride, and arrange the Helicopter at our needed as per the emergency encase. The physical walk is 6 hours on average per day with a mini bag with your valued things average 2-5 kg. but 2 days is shorter.

Your Personal Travel Insurance:

We highly advised you to make your travel insurance during the Nepal trip from your own country. It is a condition upon joining any of our trips that all clients be insured for comprehensive expenses that might incur due to medical issues or accidents (this includes air ambulance, helicopter rescue, and treatment costs). we don’t arrange or sell insurance.

Teahouse Local lodge during the Trek:

All accommodations for Ganesh Himal Trek are on a twin sharing basis tent camping/Or Homestay, included in the trip cost and are chosen based on the standard of hygiene, standard and clean of tourist standard available. There are mostly shame styles of accommodations during our trekking. All the lodging and meal costs have been controlled by the management community in the area.

Meals and Water:

During our Trek, We serve food and drink from our own camping kitchen. We can enjoy typical Nepali food, different ethnic cuisines, as well as all types of international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, and Indian.), which are from the menu as per local supplement. Lodge has a well-trained cook basically attention to clean, hygienic, fresh and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates, a variety of bread, a variety of drinks, and snacks. You could have been able to buy Bottled water from every settlement. Even we would like to support you to pay for local purifying water cheaper with that’s help to controlled plastic pollution. Also, boiled water or running fresh water with your peals or filtering is much recommended. We used, Iodine water to drink, wash and cook.

What to bring with you:

Raincoat, bag cover, round sun hat. Half paint for rain, waterproof walking boot, Suntan lotion, sunglass, light waterproof gore tax set, a pair of sleepers, some t-shirt, If you have your private light sleeping bag/If Not we will provide, walking stick, your regular drug and necessary you things.

Environmental sensitive:

The region is stunningly beautiful but equally fragile. Future generations have just as much of a right to appreciate it as we do. Hence, the tourism industry has an obligation to protect and preserve it. We are considering a ‘zero impact’ policy on the natural environment and the traditional communities that live in the traveled places. We enforce a number of dos and don’ts. We also work alongside “KEEP” in order to maintain our environmental concerns.

Best Season:

We are sure Ganesh Himal Trek for all seasons. Even Sep to Dec and Feb to May are best.

We use 2-star label hotel for our clients as per mentioned cost. Let us advise as per your better choice.

Booking Policy:

Confirm your trip at least two months before, with 35% of the payment and a copy of your passport. One group leader or agent will be free of service charge above 12 of paying the person in a group. (tax, flight, and monuments fee is not free).
