Day 01:17 May:2025: Kathmandu Arrival and shift-in to the Hotel.

After landing your flight at TIA, representative of A One Nepal Trek will heartily welcome you to Nepal. Upon your arrival, we will directly shift you toward booked Hotel. You will have interaction with our guide for the discussion of Tiji festival trekking with delicious dinner.(Service includes: Airport pickup +Hotel BB Plan)

Day 02: 18 May:2025: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara 820m/6-7 hours

Early morning after having breakfast, we will catch a local bus toward Pokhara. Our journey takes about 6 hours. In this period of time, we will be impressed with countryside houses. After reaching Pokhara we will visit the area of Lakeside which will be so much interesting. And lastly, we will make confirmation of tomorrow’s flight.

Day 03: 19 May:2025: Fly from Pokhara to Jomsom 2720m and trek to Kagbeni 2800m/3-4 hours,

We will take early morning mountain flight to Jomsom. View of great ranges of the mountain of snow-capped from the top will be so much mesmerizing. After reaching Jomsom, we will take a bag and trek to Kagbeni. We will walk through the main route. To reach Kagbeni it will take us about 3 to 4 hours.(Service includes:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Flight+Guide+Porter+local lodge)

Day 04: 20 May:2025: Kagbeni to Chaile 3100m/5-6 hours,

First of all, we need to check in our restricted area permit toward Upper Mustang. Our route goes through the left bank of Kaligandaki River with several small ups & downs. Walking long way we will cross a small stream and reach Tangbe, the first village of Mustang. Resting some time we will continue our journey toward Chaile for our night.

Day 05: 21 May:2025: Tsaile to Ghiling 3570m/6-7 hours

After having breakfast, we will leave the village and climb up to unstable pebble road and reach a plateau. During our climb, we will be so much familiar with the environment. We follow the trail which cut out of the cliff to pass the canyons and reach a small pass. In this way, we will reach Ghiling for our night.(Service includes:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Guide+Porter+local lodge)

Day 06: 22 May:2025: Ghiling to Drakmar 3450m/5-6 hours,

From Ghiling we will continue our journey toward Drakmar. Our main path goes through the beautiful village. Our way will be so much interesting because of the zigzag way. We will be a bit tired but we will bill not feel like tired because of the cool environment. Walking slowly and resting in many places we will reach Drakmar for our night.(Service includes:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Guide+Porter+local lodge)

Day 07: 23 May:2025: Drakmar to Lo-Manthang 3840m/7-8 hours

Today our destination will be at Lo-Manthang main village of the festival. We need to walk the path of the forest. We will be so much impressed with the beauty of nature all around us. For the memory of such an interesting moment, we can click the picture on our camera. In this way, we will finally reach Lo-Manthang to have a cool night.(Service includes:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Guide+Porter+local lodge)

Day 8 to 10: May 24 to 26- 2022: Tiji   Festival.

The coming three day is the main day of our whole trekking. In this three day, we will be the part of the festival. We will follow the tradition & culture of local people. It will be so much interesting for us to do whatever local people tell us to do. The way people celebrate festival is amazing but it will be full of enjoyment. After enjoying the festival we will make the preparation of returning journey.

Day 11:27 May 2025: Lo-Manthang to Tsarang 3560m/3-4 hours,

From Lo-Manthang, our returning journey starts downward to Tsarang. We will return back through the different way. We will see many more different things which should be captured. Our journey will not be so much hard because of the downward track. In this way, we will lastly reach Tsarang for our night.(Service includes:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Guide+Porter+local lodge)

Day 12: 28 May 2025: Tsarang to Syangboche 3500m/6-7 hours,

After having breakfast at cool morning we will continue our returning journey toward Syangmochen. We need to walk a bit climb up and then we can get an easier way. We will have lunch on the way which will be so much delicious. After having lunch we will rest for some time continue our journey toward Humpty Dumpty way. Day 13:29 May 2025: Syangmochen to Chhusang 2980m/5-6 hours,

From Syangmochen we will continue our journey toward Chusang. We will slightly climb down to Bhena. Passing the hamlets, Yamdo and Bhena we will cross a long descent. We continue our trail passing the big canyons and we reach in Tsaile. Finally resting and walking slowly we will reach Chhusang for the night.(Service includes:Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Guide+Porter+local lodge)

Day 14:30 May 2025: Chhusang to Jomsom 2720m/6-7 hours,

Today is the easiest walk on our whole trek. We need to walk a bit long way but in an easy trail. We will reach Jomsom at our lunchtime. After having lunch we will Rome around the places over Jomsom. After roaming around the Jomsom we will return back to our hotel for confirmation of our tomorrow’s flight.

Day 15: 31 May 2025: Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara 820m

We will take early morning mountain flight to Pokhara. View of great ranges of the mountain of snow-capped from the top will be so much mesmerizing. After reaching Pokhara, we will be shifted to our hotel. Then we will be fresh and spend our leisure time on visiting the colorful area of Lakeside.(Service includes: Breakfast+flight+Hotel)

Day 16: 01 June 2025: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu 1340m/6-7 hours

Early morning after having breakfast, we will catch a local bus toward Kathmandu. Our journey takes about 6 hours. In this period of time, we will be impressed with countryside houses.After reaching Kathmandu we will visit the area of Thamel which will be so much interesting by shopping and others.

Day 17: 02 June 2025: Farewell.

Spending last night at Nepal, you will be given a small kind of farewell program with the team of A One Nepal Trek. We will departure you in an airport before your flight. We will wish the safe journey and hope to have good relationships with us.

Trek highlights:

Forbidden land Trekking with rear live ancient culture, and manically landscape.  Rich in nature with 3 major peaks [Mt Dhaulagiri 8167m, Mt Annapurna I 8091m, Mt Manaslu 8163m] and several of beautiful peaks. Heavy colorful forest with the verity of flora & fauna. Charming mingle society of people with the unique culture, religion and seasonal harvesting. Clean running humming waterfalls and streams.

Safety – Health- facility:

Our first goal is “first safety” for all of our clients and staff. We have smartly experienced friendly and knowledgeable workers team. All they are well trained and must of they are license holder Guides. We arrange first aid. Also, the area has the health post on every 2 days, and the main hospital is not farther than maximum 5 hrs, from any part. We can use a quick drive on the rough road, carried by the people, take a horse ride, and arrange the Helicopter at our needed as per the emergency encase. The physical walk is 6 hours average per day with a mini bag with your valued things average 2-5 kg. but 2 days is shorter.

Your Personal Travel Insurance:

We highly advised you to make your travel insurance during Nepal trip from your own country. It is a condition upon joining any of our trips that all clients be insured for comprehensive expenses that might incur due to medical issues or accidents (this includes air ambulance, helicopter rescue, and treatment costs).we don’t arrange or sell insurance.

Teahouse Local lodge during the Trek:

All accommodations for Upper Mustang Trek are on twin sharing room at lodge/Home-stay basis included in the trip cost and are chosen based on the standard of hygiene, standard and clean of tourist standard available. There are mostly shame styles of accommodations during our trekking.All the lodging and meal cost has controlled by management community at in the area.

Meals and Water:

During our Trek, we can enjoy typical Nepali food, different ethnic cuisines, as well as all types of international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, and Indian.), are from the menu as per local supplement. Lodge has well-trained cook basically attention for clean, hygienic, fresh and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates, the variety of bread, variety of drinks, and snacks. You could have able to buy Bottled water from every settlement. Even we would like to support you to pay for local purifying water cheaper with that’s help to controlled plastic pollution. Also, the boiled water or running fresh water with your peals or filtering is much recommended.

What to bring with you:

Raincoat, bag cover, round sun hat. Half paint for rain, waterproof walking boot, Suntan lotion, sunglass, light waterproof gore tax set, a pair of sleepers, some t-shirt, If you have your private light sleeping bag/If Not we will provide, walking stick, your regular drug and necessary you things.

Environmental sensitive:

The Annapurna region is stunningly beautiful but equally fragile. Future generations have just as much of a right to appreciate it as we do. Hence, the tourism industry has an obligation to protect and preserve it. We are considering a ‘zero impact’ policy on the natural environment and the traditional communities that live in the traveled places. We enforce a number of do’s and don’ts. We also work alongside “KEEP” in order to maintain our environmental concerns.

Best Season:

Sep to Dec and Feb to June are best.

Permit, Royalty, and Application:

You have to Join with Nepal authorized company for Trekking over Upper Mustang region. Minimum need to 2 persons of the group to apply for permit cost USD 500 each, for first 10 days, then USD 50 per day extra. Also required ACAP ticket and TIMS card.

Hotels in Kathmandu and Pokhara:

We provide 2* / 3* standard hotel as per package. Pls, Let us advise as per your choice. 5 stars hotels are in Kathmandu: Hyatt Regency, Yak &Yeti, De’l Annapurna, The Everest Hotel, The Malla hotel, and others 4,3, 2,1 stars hotels: 5 stars hotel in Pokhara: Phulbari resort. And others standard hotels: Fishtail lodge, Meera Hotel.

Booking Policy:

Confirm your trip at least two months before, with 25% of the payment and a copy of your passport. One group leader or agent will be free of service charge above 12 of paying the person in a group.(tax, flight, and monuments fee is not free)

@ Send us your 25% booking advance of all members of the group by bank wire. Although, your all process should have to be before 3 months of your trip to Nepal.
