Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and shift-in to Hotel.

After landing your flight at TIA, a representative of A One Nepal Trek will heartily welcome you to Nepal. Upon your arrival, we will directly shift you toward booked Hotel around the main tourist part of Thamel. You will have interaction with our guide for the discussion of trekking with a delicious dinner. (Service includes: Airport pickup +Hotel BB Plan)

Day 02: Sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley.

Today we will spend our first day in Nepal by sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley. Pashupatinath, the holiest temple of Lord Shiva, Bauddhanath (Little Tibet), and Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) will be our main sightseeing destination. After that, we will enter Basantpur Durbar Square and return back to the hotel and make preparation for trekking.

Pashupatinath Temple: It is one of the most known holy places for Hindu pilgrims in Kathmandu valley. The whole vicinity of Pashupatinath is dense with ages-old pagoda model temples with golden plated roofs and gorgeous woodcarvings on the doors and windows. To the south of the temple, the holy Bagmati river flows down sweeping the burnt dust of dead bodies produced from the cremation on its side. A small green holy wood forest breeze maintains the site cool all the time.

 Boudhanath Stupa: It is one of the nice places to visit in Kathmandu valley, which has the biggest stupa. When someone enters the gate the holy prayer to sense peace is heard all around. All the Buddhists want to visit Boudhanath to feel the real sense of Buddhism. Boudhanath Stupa – one of the biggest stupas in the valley, has been built in the 17th Century.

Kathmandu Durbar Square: Around the square, there are some temples stood upright piercing the sky canopy and through the thousands of pigeons they spread the message of peace. Kumari temple is one of the most important parts of the square site where the ‘Living Goddess’ resides. Apart from those temples, a museum will be waiting for its visitors with an opportunity to unravel the treasures unabashedly. To visit this site is to know the historical facts of Nepal.

Soyambhunath Stupa: It is also known as ‘Monkey Temple’. The wide area of Soyambhunath is a hillock surrounded by a small forest with some golden temples of Lord Buddha at the western gate and the main temple at the top of the hill. The most interesting thing with Soyambhunath is the nice view of Kathmandu valley to be seen from the top of the hill. Various kinds and sizes of monkeys are seen guarding the hillock. Day 03: Kathmandu to Syabrubeshi (1,462m) – 7 Hours.

Early morning after having breakfast, we will catch a local bus toward Syabrubesi. Our journey takes about 6 hours. In this period of time, we will be impressed with countryside houses. After reaching Syabrubesi we will visit the area which will be so much interesting. Day 04: Syabrubeshi to Lama Hotel (2,500m) – 5 Hours

First of all, we need to check in our restricted area permit toward Langtang. Our route goes through the bank of Bhote Koshi River. Forest of Pine and juniper on the way with many more species of trees makes us so much impressive. Day 05: Lama Hotel to Langtang Village (3,307) – 5 Hours

After having breakfast our next destination will be the beautiful Langtang village. The first glimpse of Langtang Mountain will make realize us that we are in heaven. Cultivated areas of buckwheat, wheat, barley, potatoes, etc can be seen on the way. Day 06: Langtang Village to Kyanjin Gompa (3,798m) – 4 Hours

From Langtang village, our trek leads us to Kyangjin Gompa (small villages & yak pasture land to Kyangjin). The government-operated cheese factory can be seen in Kyanjin Gompa. We will reach Kyanjin at lunchtime. After having lunch we will spend our leisure time exploring around the Kyangjin Gompa.(Service include: Local lodge+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Drive+Guide + Porter)

Day 07: Explore around Kyanjin Gompa and Climb to TserkoRi (5,150m)

Today is considered the main day of our trekking. At first, we will climb a small hill Tserko Ri (main viewpoint of Langtang). After returning we will have lunch and spend the whole day exploring all around Kyanjin Gompa. Day 08: Kyanjin Gompa to GhodaTabela.

Today is the easiest walk on our whole trek. We need to walk a bit long way but on a downhill track. In our returning journey, we will have interaction with the same scene but it can be seen from a different angle can be seen while returning. Our way is a bit slippery way so we need to be careful. Day 09: GhodaTabela to Bamboo.

Our today’s walk will also go downward. Our returning journey will be from the same as we move ahead. Our walking distance is a bit long but it is so much easy for us in returning journey because of the downhill track. Day 10: Bamboo to Thulosyabru.

From bamboo, we will our next destination is Thulosyabru. First of all, we need to walk a bit downward and our upper trial starts. We will be the witness of the beauty of forests all around us with different species of trees. Day 11: Thulosyabru to Sing gompa To louribinayak.3,900m.

After having breakfast at cool morning we will continue our journey toward Sing Gompa. We need to walk a bit climb up. After having lunch we will rest for some time continue our journey toward Humpty Dumpty way. After reaching the ridge, it’s only a short to reach Sing Gompa. Day 12: Singgompa to Goshaikunda.4,300m.

From Louribina, we will continue our journey toward Gosaikunda. We will slightly climb up the hill. In our way, we can view the beautiful views of mountain ranges all around us. We continue our trail passing through the way of the forest. Day 13: Gosainkunda to Dhunche.

Third Lake Goshaikunda is considered equally sacred to Buddhists and Hindus. We can view the great view of Gosainkunda Lake in the early morning. Then we will continue our journey toward Dhunche which will be so much interesting because of the easy trial. Day 14: Dhunche to Kathmandu

Early morning after having breakfast, we will catch a local bus toward Kathmandu. Our journey takes about 6 hours. In this period of time, we will be impressed with countryside houses. After reaching Kathmandu we will visit the area of Thamel which will be so much interesting by shopping and others. Day 15: Final Departure.

Spending last night in Nepal, you will be given a small kind of farewell program with the team of A One Nepal Trek. We will depart you at the airport before your flight. We will wish you a safe journey and hope to have good relation with us. (Service include: Breakfast+Airport drop)

One of the most popular medium easy trek of Nepal. Rich in nature with 4-5 major peaks [Mt. SAFETY – HEALTH- FACILITY:

Our first goal is “first safety” for all of our clients and staff. We have a smartly experienced friendly and knowledgeable workers team. All they are well trained and must of they are license holder Guides. We arrange first aid. Also, the area has a health post every 2 days, and the main hospital is not farther than the maximum of 5 hrs, from any part. We can use a quick drive on the rough road, carried by the people, take a horse ride, and arrange the Helicopter at our needed as per the emergency encase. The physical walk is 6 hours on average per day with a mini bag with your valued things average 2-5 kg. but 2 days is shorter.

YOUR PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We highly advised you to make your travel insurance during the Nepal trip from your own country. It is a condition upon joining any of our trips that all clients be insured for comprehensive expenses that might incur due to medical issues or accidents (this includes air ambulance, helicopter rescue, and treatment costs). we don’t arrange or sell insurance.

TEAHOUSE LOCAL LODGE DURING THE TREK:

All accommodations for Langtang Valley Trek are on a twin-sharing basis included in the trip cost and are chosen based on the standard of hygiene, standard, and clean of tourist standard available. There are mostly shame styles of accommodations during our trekking. All the lodging and meal costs have been controlled by the management community in the area.

MEALS AND WATER:

During our Trek, we can enjoy typical Nepali food, different ethnic cuisines, as well as all types of international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, and Indian.), which are from the menu as per local supplement. Lodge has well-trained cooks basically attention to clean, hygienic, fresh, and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates, a variety of bread, a variety of drinks, and snacks. You could have been able to buy Bottled water from every settlement. Even we would like to support you to pay for local purifying water cheaper with that’s help to controlled plastic pollution. Also, boiled water or running fresh water with your peals or filtering is much recommended.

Raincoat, bag cover, round sun hat. Half paint for rain, waterproof walking boot, Suntan lotion, sunglass, light waterproof gore tax set, a pair of sleepers, some t-shirt, If you have your private light sleeping bag/If Not we will provide, walking stick, your regular drug and necessary you things.

ENVIRONMENTAL SENSITIVE:

The Langtang region is stunningly beautiful but equally fragile. Future generations have just as much of a right to appreciate it as we do. Hence, the tourism industry has an obligation to protect and preserve it. We are considering a ‘zero impact’ policy on the natural environment and the traditional communities that live in the traveled places. We enforce a number of dos and don’ts. We also work alongside “KEEP” in order to maintain our environmental concerns.
