Details Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu at TIA, a representative of A Nepal Trek will warmly welcome you to Nepal. She/he will guide you towards the hotel room of Nepal. The day can be either rest day or some sightseeing day of Kathmandu. The night will be at the hotel by discussing about the tour and enjoying the delicious dinner.

Day 02: Kathmandu to Syabrubesi

Early morning at Kathmandu, we will pack our necessary things and will move towards the bus stop to catch the bus to Syabrubesi. The road goes for about 7 to 8 hours viewing some spectacular view of surrounding. It is the starting point of Langtang valley trekking. We can view some of the panoramic view of mountains like Annapurna, Manaslu, Ganesh and other peak of Langtang ranges.

Day 03: Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel

From Syabrubesi, we will have a steep climb over to lama hotel where we will stay the night. The lama hotel is situated at the altitude of 2748m.  The trail initially begins with the crossing of Bhote Koshi River through a suspension bridge. Then the trail passes through the forest of pine, juniper and many more trees. We will climb until we reach to lama hotel.

Day 04: Lama Hotel to Langtang village

From lama hotel, we will begin our journey following the main trail to the Langtang village. We can get the glimpses of Langtang Mountain during the trekking from different view point. We will spend some of our valuable time in exploring more around the Langtang village where we may see the cultivated areas where people used to cultivate buckwheat, potatoes, wheat, barley, etc. by enclosing them inside a stoned wall area.

Day 05: Trek to Kyangjin

From Langtang village, we will trek towards the Kyangjin. The trail from Langtang gradually climbs up to the small villages and yak pasture land to Kyangjin. We can see a government operated cheese factory here. We will be delighted to utilize our leisure time to explore around Kyangjin at 3800m.

Day 06: Kyangjin Gompa to Chherko Ri

From the Kyangjin Gompa, we will trek towards the Chherko Ri from where we can get the best view of mountain all around us. We will see the snow capped mountains during the trek. We will view the splendid view of mountains from the height of 5150m. The night will be at Chherko Ri.

Day 07: Chherko Ri to Naya Kanga base camp

From the elevation of 5150m, we will trek towards the base camp of Chherko Ri. We will trek further through the main path viewing the best scene of the surrounding. The trekking goes for about 5 to 6 hours to the base camp of Naya kanga peak. The night will be at Naya Kanga base camp.

Day08: Base camp to High camp

From the base camp, we will walk through the snowy path to the high camp. We will view the great scenario of mountain during the trek to the altitude. The night will be at the high camp resting at the tented camp.

Day 09: Tented camp to summit and back to base camp

From the high camp, we will make a journey to the summit of the peak. We will view the great scenario of beautiful ranges of mountains while trekking at these lands. We will climb to the summit at the height of 5486m from where we will enjoy the beautiful and panoramic view around the region. We will return back to the base camp for resting the night at tented camp.

Day 10:  Base camp to Kyangjin Gompa

From the base camp, we will make a return journey back to the Kyangjin Gompa. Leaving the beautiful peaks at this original position, we will move towards the beautiful trail back to Kyangjin Gompa. We will surely enjoy the success party over there. The night will be at Kyangjin Gompa resting at one of the hotel room.

Day 11: Kyangjin to Lama Hotel

From Kyangjin, we will trek further down to lama hotel viewing the same thing that we have seen while going up but from different prospects. As the trek is down to the lama hotel, we will walk through the Ghodatabela to have our lunch there. After having the lunch, we will continue to lama hotel for the rest of the night.

Day 12: Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi

After having the breakfast at lama hotel, we will move energetically towards the Syabrubesi. The trekking route goes through the glorious forested area with beautiful flowers and smell coming from them. We will continue our way until we reach to Syabrubesi at 2000m from lama hotel.

Day 13: Syabrubesi to Kathmandu

From Syabrubesi we will catch the returning bus to Kathmandu. The road way goes for about 7 to 8 hours back to Kathmandu. We will have our lunch on the way back to Kathmandu. The journey of the bus will be remarkable as we can see the beautiful view of surrounding area through the windows of the vehicle. We will be at Kathmandu to stay for the night.

Day 14: Farewell

After having a relaxing night at Kathmandu, finally, the day of returning back to our home country and busy schedule has come with the ending of our glittering tour over to the highlands of Nepal. A Nepal Trek will organize a small farewell program at the airport and will help for any inconvenience that may arise during the departure.  We wish for your better journey ahead.

Safety – Health- facility:

Our first goal is “first safety” for all of our clients and staff. We have smartly experienced friendly and knowledge able workers team. All they are well trained and must of they are license holder Guides. We arrange first aid. Also the area has heath post on every 2 days, and main hospital is not farther than maximum 5 hrs, from any part. We can use a quick drive on ruff road, carry by the people, take a horse ride, and arrange the Helicopter at our needed as per the emergency encase. The physical walk is 6 hours average per day with mini bag with your valued things average 2-5 kg. but 2 days is shorter.

Your Personal Travel Insurance:

We highly advised you to make your travel insurance during Nepal trip from your own country. It is a condition upon joining any of our trips that all clients be insured for comprehensive expenses that might incur due to medical issues or accidents (this includes air ambulance, helicopter rescue, and treatment costs).we don’t arrange or sell insurance.

Tea house Local lodge during the Trek:

All accommodations for Ghorepani-Poon hill Trek are on twin sharing basis included in the trip cost and are chosen based on standard of hygiene, standard and clean of tourist standard available. There are mostly shame styles of accommodations during our trekking. And very some of place has limits of Attach bath room as your own payment. All the lodging and meal cost has controlled by management community at in area.

Meals and Water:

During our Trek, we can enjoy typical Nepali food, different ethnic cuisines as well as all types of international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, and Indian.) are from the menu as per local supplement. Lodge has well trained cook basically attention for clean, hygienic, fresh and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates, variety of breads, variety of drinks, and snacks. You could have able to buy Bottled water from every settlement. Even we would like to support you to pay for local purifying water cheaper with that’s help to controlled plastic pollution. Also the boiled water, or running fresh water with your peals or filtering is much recommended.

What to bring with you:

Raincoat, bag cover, round sun hat. Half paint for rain, waterproof waking boot, Suntan lotion, sunglass, light waterproof gore tax set, a pair of sleepers, some t-shirt, If you have your private light sleeping bag/If Not we will provide, walking stick, your regular drug and necessary you things.

Environmental sensitive:

The Annapurna region is stunningly beautiful, but equally fragile. Future generations have just as much of a right to appreciate it as we do. Hence, the tourism industry has an obligation to protect and preserve it. We are consideration a ‘zero impact’ policy on the natural environment and the traditional communities that live at the traveled places. We enforce a number of do’s and don’ts. We also work alongside “KEEP” in order to maintain our environmental concerns.

Best Season: We are Sure Ghorepani-Poon hill trek for all Season. Even Sep to Dec and Feb to Apr is best.

Booking Policy:

Confirm your trip at least two months before, with 25% of payment and a copy of your passport. One group leader or agent will be free of service charge above 12 of paying person in a group.[tax, flight and monuments fee is not free.
