Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu.

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu at TIA, a representative of A One Nepal Trek will warmly welcome you to Nepal. She/he will guide you towards the hotel room of Nepal. The day can be either a rest day or some sightseeing day in Kathmandu. The night will be at the hotel by discussing the tour and enjoying the delicious dinner. Day 02: Kathmandu city tour and final preparation for trekking.

Visit the world’s heritage sites. Which is the oldest of the three major cities in Kathmandu Valley – famous for its Buddhist monuments and Hindu temples, and you can catch the traditional artisans working with wood, stones, and metals.

Pashupatinath: It is one of the most known holy places for Hindu pilgrims in Kathmandu valley. The whole vicinity of Pashupatinath is dense with ages-old pagoda model temples with golden plated roofs and gorgeous woodcarvings on the doors and windows. To the south of the temple, the holy Bagmati river flows down sweeping the burnt dust of dead bodies produced from the cremation on its side. A small green holy wood forest breeze maintains the site cool all the time.

 Boudhanath: It is one of the nice places to visit in Kathmandu valley, which has the biggest stupa. When someone enters the gate the holy prayer to sense peace is heard all around. All the Buddhists want to visit Boudhanath to feel the real sense of Buddhism. Boudhanath Stupa – one of the biggest stupas in the valley, has been built in the 17th Century.

Kathmandu Durbar Square: Around the square, there are some temples stood upright piercing the sky canopy and through the thousands of pigeons they spread the message of peace. Kumari temple is one of the most important parts of the square site where the ‘Living Goddess’ resides. Apart from those temples, a museum will be waiting for its visitors with an opportunity to unravel the treasures unabashedly. To visit this site is to know the historical facts of Nepal.

Soyambhunath: It is also known as ‘Monkey Temple’. The wide area of Soyambhunath is a hillock surrounded by a small forest with some golden temples of Lord Buddha at the western gate and the main temple at the top of the hill. The most interesting thing with Soyambhunath is the nice view of Kathmandu valley to be seen from the top of the hill. Various kinds and sizes of monkeys are seen guarding the hillock. A lot of monasteries with big prayer wheels are the main attraction for the visitors.[Hotel+Breakfast+Tour]

Day 03: Kathmandu to Trishuli Bazaar.

After having breakfast in Kathmandu, we will drive towards the beautiful region of Trishuli bazaar. The drive goes for 4 hours.  We will spend some of our leisure time in the historic old town of Trishuli. Day 04: Trishuli bazaar to Bumdang.

After having a delicious breakfast at the Trishuli Bazaar, we move towards the Bumthang. The trekking region goes for 7 hours through the beautiful and panoramic view of the surrounding. Day 05: Bumdang to Satyadevi.

From Bumdang, after having breakfast, we will move towards our next destination of today. We will follow the main trail to Satyadevi. We will glimpse many beautiful and panoramic views of mountains from the viewpoint of the trekking route. Day 06: Satyadevi to Jharlang.

From Satyadevi, we will move towards our next destination to Jharlang. The route is blessed with a panoramic view of great ranges of mountains all over the region. The trekking to this region will be obviously pleasurable and explore-able. The Jharlang is situated at the altitude of 2030m.(Service include:Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Homestay lodge)

Day 07: Jharlang to Khading.

From Jharlang, we will be keen to move towards the beautiful region of Khading. We will walk through the main trail interacting with the people that we might meet on the way. The trekking to Jharlang lasts for several walking hours.   Khading is at an altitude of 2600m. Day 08: Khading to Lapubesi via Rupina-La pass.

From Khading, we will move early in the morning. We will trek through the main trail which will lead us to our destination of the day. After walking for several hours we will reach Lapubesi after crossing the Rupina la pass at the height of 3900m. We will get the most panoramic view of the surrounding area from the Rupina-La passes. From the height of 3900m, we will descend to the height of 2640m at Lapubesi.(Service include:Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Homestay lodge)

Day 09: Lapubesi to Singla to Barpark.

After achieving our objectives, we will resume our relaxing journey following the beautiful trail. We will go through the main trail the Singla and then to Barpark. Barpark is situated at an altitude of 1800m above sea level. This is a classical ancient unique Gurung village of Nepal. Day 10: Barpark to Takukot.

From Barpark, we will trek through the smooth and fair track to Takukot. The trail passes through the beautiful village of the Gorkha districts. We can interact with the local people. The night will be exciting at Takukot enjoying with the local people. The Takukot is situated at an altitude of 1250m.(Service include:Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Homestay lodge)

Day 11: Takukot to Gorkha hill palace.

From Takukot, we will make a short journey to the Gorkha hill palace. We will spend the whole day around the Gorkha districts with some rest and with some exploration around the beautiful districts. One of the most beautiful and historical places of this place is the historical palace of the place. Day 12: Gorkha to Kathmandu.

From Gorkha, we will drive to our own destination to Kathmandu for 6 hrs. We will surely enjoy the magnificent journey of the bus as we move from Gorkha to Kathmandu. Day 13: Farewell

After having a relaxing night at Kathmandu, finally, the day of returning back to your home country and busy schedule has come with the ending of our glittering tour over to the highlands of Nepal. We will organize a small farewell program at the airport and will help with any inconvenience that may arise during the departure. Trek highlights:

Safety – Health- facility:

Our first goal is “first safety” for all of our clients and staff. We have a smartly experienced friendly and knowledgeable workers team. All they are well trained and must of they are license holder Guides. We arrange first aid. Also, the area has a health post every 2 days, and the main hospital is not farther than the maximum of 5 hrs, from any part. We can use a quick drive on the rough road, carried by the people, take a horse ride, and arrange the Helicopter at our needed as per the emergency encase. The physical walk is 6 hours on average per day with a mini bag with your valued things average 2-5 kg. but 2 days is shorter.

Your Personal Travel Insurance:

We highly advised you to make your travel insurance during the Nepal trip from your own country. It is a condition upon joining any of our trips that all clients be insured for comprehensive expenses that might incur due to medical issues or accidents (this includes air ambulance, helicopter rescue, and treatment costs). we don’t arrange or sell insurance.

Teahouse Local lodge during the Trek:

All accommodations for hill Trek are on Homestay/tent twin sharing basis included in the trip cost and are chosen based on the standard of hygiene, standard, and clean of tourist standard available. There are mostly shame styles of accommodations during our trekking. All the lodging and meal costs have been controlled by the management community in the area.

Meals and Water:

During our Trek, we can enjoy typical Nepali food, different ethnic cuisines, as well as all types of international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, and Indian.), which are from the menu as per local supplement. Lodge has well-trained cooks basically attention to clean, hygienic, fresh, and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates, a variety of bread, a variety of drinks, and snacks. You could have been able to buy Bottled water from every settlement. Even we would like to support you to pay for local purifying water cheaper with that’s help to controlled plastic pollution. Also, boiled water or running fresh water with your peals or filtering is much recommended.

What to bring with you:

Raincoat, bag cover, round sun hat. Half paint for rain, waterproof walking boot, Suntan lotion, sunglass, light waterproof gore tax set, a pair of sleepers, some t-shirt, If you have your private light sleeping bag/If Not we will provide, walking stick, your regular drug and necessary you things.

Environmental sensitive:

The Manaslu region is stunningly beautiful but equally fragile. Future generations have just as much of a right to appreciate it as we do. Hence, the tourism industry has an obligation to protect and preserve it. We are considering a ‘zero impact’ policy on the natural environment and the traditional communities that live in the traveled places. We enforce a number of dos and don’ts. We also work alongside “KEEP” in order to maintain our environmental concerns.

Best Season:

Good for all seasons. Even Sep to Dec and Feb to May are best.

Permit, Royalty, and Application:

From September to November US$ 70 per week per person and after 7 days US$ 10 per day per person or equivalent convertible foreign currency. From December to August US$ 50 per week per person and after 7 days US$ 7 per day per person or equivalent convertible foreign currency. Also required TIMS card. Although, need to apply for your 6 monthly valid passports with Nepal visa stamped.

Booking Policy:

Confirm your trip at least two months before, with 25% of the payment and a copy of your passport. One group leader or agent will be free of service charge above 12 of paying the person in a group. (tax, flight, and monuments fee is not free)
