Details Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu.

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu at TIA, a representative of A One Nepal Trek will warmly welcome you to Nepal. She/he will guide you towards the hotel room of Nepal. The day can be either a rest day or some sightseeing day in Kathmandu. The night will be at the hotel by discussing the tour and enjoying the delicious dinner. Day 02: City tour, Permit, and ready prepared.

Visit the world’s heritage sites. Which is the oldest of the three major cities in Kathmandu Valley – famous for its Buddhist monuments and Hindu temples, and you can catch the traditional artisans working with wood, stones, and metals.

Pashupatinath: It is one of the most known holy places for Hindu pilgrims in Kathmandu valley. The whole vicinity of Pashupatinath is dense with ages-old pagoda model temples with golden plated roofs and gorgeous woodcarvings on the doors and windows. To the south of the temple, the holy Bagmati river flows down sweeping the burnt dust of dead bodies produced from the cremation on its side. A small green holy wood forest breeze maintains the site cool all the time.

 Boudhanath: It is one of the nice places to visit in Kathmandu valley, which has the biggest stupa. When someone enters the gate the holy prayer to sense peace is heard all around. All the Buddhists want to visit Boudhanath to feel the real sense of Buddhism. Boudhanath Stupa – one of the biggest stupas in the valley, has been built in the 17th Century.

Kathmandu Durbar Square: Around the square, there are some temples stood upright piercing the sky canopy and through the thousands of pigeons they spread the message of peace. Kumari temple is one of the most important parts of the square site where the ‘Living Goddess’ resides. Apart from those temples, a museum will be waiting for its visitors with an opportunity to unravel the treasures unabashedly. To visit this site is to know the historical facts of Nepal.

Soyambhunath: It is also known as ‘Monkey Temple’. The wide area of Soyambhunath is a hillock surrounded by a small forest with some golden temples of Lord Buddha at the western gate and the main temple at the top of the hill. The most interesting thing with Soyambhunath is the nice view of Kathmandu valley to be seen from the top of the hill. Various kinds and sizes of monkeys are seen guarding the hillock. A lot of monasteries with big prayer wheels are the main attraction for the visitors.

Day 03: Kathmandu to Besisahar to Shyange.

At Kathmandu, we will start our day by having a refreshing breakfast and then we will move towards the bus stop to catch the bus to Besisahar. The road drive goes about 9 to 10 hours long. After the long and exhausting travel from the bus, we will drop at Besisahar. The night will be at one of the best hotels in Besisahar. Day 04: Shyange to Taal.

Early morning, we will be served a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Then, we will follow the steep trail ascending to the surface to the village named Jagat, Chamje. Following the main trail viewing some spectacular waterfalls we will cross some bridges. The continuous trek through the unbroken trail will finally lead us to the Taal [2130m] through the forest. Day 05: Taal to Koto Manang.

Tal is the border of Manang and Lamjung districts. After passing through some beautiful grasslands, villages, and some suspension bridges, we will enter the Dharapani at 1860m. A gradual ascending path from Dharapani by crossing the beautiful stream will enable us to reach Koto. We can enjoy the mountain view of Annapurna and Manaslu Mountain from this region. Koto is a small village of Gurung community and other ethnic communities. The night will be at Koto. Day 06: Koto to Dharmasala.

From Koto, we will begin our trekking earlier than ever because the way is a little bit tough with a long distance to travel. We need to cross the river of Narphu valley and then hike up to Phu Khola through the beautiful forests. The route will continue until we reach Dharmasala. We will clear the night delightfully at Dharmasala after a trek of about 6 hours.(Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Home stay/Tent)

Day 07: Dharmasala to Kayang.

From Dharamsala, we will catch the steep climb up to the valley to the height of 3200m. We will pass through the beautiful pass of Meta and Nar. The morning will be the loveliest walk in the Himalayas. We can get a crystal clear vision of great ranges of mountains all around us through our naked eyes. The continuing trail will lead us to Kayang after walking of about 6 to 7 hours. The night will be at Kayang.(Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Home stay/Tent) 

Day 08: Kayang to Phu village.

From Kayang, the trail will follow the path steeply to the river. We have to walk carefully as the path is risky. We should pass the unique and colorful Chortens for which Nar and Phu are popular. We have to cross a suspension bridge to enter the Phu valley. We will set up the camp to stay the night at Phu village.(Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Home stay/Tent)

Day 09:  Phu valley rest day.

We will spend a day at Phu valley exploring the village. We can interact with the local people who are loyal and helpful to the visitors. We might see the summer grazing land at Ngoro.  The night will be interesting at Phu village with the lovely villages of Phu valley.(Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Home stay/Tent) 

Day 10: Phu to Junam.

After spending a day at Phu valley, we will get back to the Phu gate and then the descending way to the river will lead us to Junam Kharka. We will be delighted to set up our camp at Junam which is a very beautiful and suitable place for camping.(Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Home stay/Tent) 

Day 11: Trek from Junam to Nar.

This day we need to trek following the trail down to the old bridge through the narrow gorge all the way back up again. The scenery that we get from here is stunning. We will finally reach to Nar gates at the top of the hill and we will pass the wonderfully painted, bamboo topped Chhortens. Day 12: Explore around Nar Village.

We will spend a day at Nar exploring the valley. We can get a glorious view of the beautiful Gompa at Nar. The day is more a resting day than exploring around. The night will be spectacular at Nar with the people.(Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Home stay/Tent) 

Day 13: Trek from Nar to Ngwal village.

From Nar, we will move towards the Ngwal through the Kangla pass. The Kangla pass is situated at the height of 5240m. The view that we can get from here is spectacular. Ngwal is one of the wonderful villages with some sense of traditional concepts with some architecture and other religious concepts. Day 14: Trek from Ngwal to Manang.

From Ngwal, we will pass the main trail to Manang. The route goes for about 3 hours following the Marshyangdi River to reach Manang. The way passes through the beautiful forest of pine and through the village like Braga, where we can see some of the farming areas. We can enjoy the view of Annapurna ranges Tilicho mountain and other beautiful mountain ranges during our trek. Day 15: Manang to Khangsar.

From Manang, we will gradually descent the way to Khangsar after crossing the suspension bridge of Jharsing Khola. The panoramic mountain will surely entertain us. Khangsar is a small village in the Gurung community. We can find some small monastery Chortens, Mani walls, and prayer flags. Day 16: Khangsar to Tilicho Lake.

From Khangsar, we will trek approximately for about six hours to reach Tilicho Lake. The path is interesting as we move towards Tilicho Lake. We need to cross several streams. Tilicho Lake 4919m, is situated at the highest altitude of Nepal.  The night will be interesting at Tilicho Lake.(Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+local lodge) 

Day 17: Trek from Tilicho Lake to Mesokanto pass.

The trail from Tilicho Lake to Mesokanto pass is several ups and downs until we reach Mesokanto pass. The mesmerizing view of Annapurna, Tilicho, Dhaulagiri, and other several mountains will definitely entertain us. The night will be at Mesokanto pass at the height of 5315m.(Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Tent camp) 

Day 18: Mesokanto pass to Jomsom

We will follow the descending way from Mesokanto pass [5250m] to reach Jomsom. The trekking region goes through the beautiful pine forest. The famous Buddhist village named Thimi lies on the way to Jomsom. We will spend the last day of trekking at Jomsom at 2741m after a trekking of about 6 hours.(Service includes: Guide+Porter+Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+local lodge) 

Day 19: Jomsom to Pokhara:

Early morning, we will enjoy a hot breakfast in the land of the Himalayas. After having breakfast, we will catch the flight over to Pokhara. On the flight, we will certainly enjoy the glorious and glittering view of mountains from the bird-eye prospects during the flight. The flight goes for about 25 to 30 minutes. Day 20: Pokhara to Kathmandu

We will wake up early in the morning with the dazzling view of the sun rising through the summit piercing the white snows. We will have a short visit over to the market around Pokhara and will take a drive back to Kathmandu. The drive goes for about 7 to 8 hours. Day 21: Farewell

Finally, the day of returning back to our home country and busy schedule has come with the ending of our glittering tour over to the highlands of Nepal. A One Nepal Trek will organize a small farewell program at the airport and will help with any inconvenience that may arise during the departure.  We wish for your better journey ahead. Trek highlights:

One of the most Adventure treks of Nepal. Rich in nature with 3 major peaks [Mt Dhaulagiri 8167m, Mt Annapurna I 8091m, Mt Manaslu 8163m] and several beautiful peaks. Heavy colorful forest with a variety of flora & fauna. Charming mingle society of people with the unique culture, religion, and seasonal harvesting. Clean running humming waterfalls and streams.

Safety – Health- facility:

Our first goal is “first safety” for all of our clients and staff. We have a smartly experienced friendly and knowledgeable workers team. All they are well trained and must of they are license holder Guides. We arrange first aid. Also, the area has a health post every 2 days, and the main hospital is not farther than the maximum of 5 hrs, from any part. We can use a quick drive on the rough road, carried by the people, take a horse ride, and arrange the Helicopter at our needed as per the emergency encase. The physical walk is 6 hours on average per day with a mini bag with your valued things average 2-5 kg. but 2 days is shorter.

Your Personal Travel Insurance:

We highly advised you to make your travel insurance during the Nepal trip from your own country. It is a condition upon joining any of our trips that all clients be insured for comprehensive expenses that might incur due to medical issues or accidents (this includes air ambulance, helicopter rescue, and treatment costs). we don’t arrange or sell insurance.

Teahouse Local lodge during the Trek/Camp.

All accommodations for  Trek are on a twin sharing basis included in the trip cost and are chosen based on the standard of hygiene, standard, and clean of tourist standard available. There are mostly the same styles of accommodations during our trekking. And very some of the place has limits of Attach bath room as your own payment. All the lodging and meal costs have been controlled by the management community in the area. Although, we will have used our tent camp for sleep and food during the Nar-Phu valley and Musokuntola pass.

Meals and Water:

During our Trek, we can enjoy typical Nepali food, different ethnic cuisines, as well as all types of international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, and Indian.), which are from the menu as per local supplement. Lodge has well-trained cooks basically attention to clean, hygienic, fresh, and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates, a variety of bread, a variety of drinks, and snacks. You could have been able to buy Bottled water from every settlement. Even we would like to support you to pay for local purifying water cheaper with that’s help to controlled plastic pollution. Also, boiled water or running fresh water with your peals or filtering is much recommended.

What to bring with you:

Raincoat, bag cover, round sun hat. Half paint for rain, waterproof walking boot, Suntan lotion, sunglass, light waterproof gore tax set, a pair of sleepers, some t-shirt, If you have your private light sleeping bag/If Not we will provide, walking stick, your regular drug and necessary you things.

Environmental sensitive:

The Annapurna region is stunningly beautiful but equally fragile. Future generations have just as much of a right to appreciate it as we do. Hence, the tourism industry has an obligation to protect and preserve it. We are considering a ‘zero impact’ policy on the natural environment and the traditional communities that live in the traveled places. We enforce a number of dos and don’ts. We also work alongside “KEEP” in order to maintain our environmental concerns.

From September to November per week per person
US$ 90 and December to August per week per
person US$ 75.  “No single permit” minimum group size is 2 person.

Best Season:

Sep to Dec and Feb to May are the best.

We provide 2** hotels as per our plan. Let us advise as per your choice. 5 stars hotels are in Kathmandu: Hyatt Regency, Yak &Yeti, De’l Annapurna, The Everest Hotel, The Malla hotel, and others 4,3, 2,1 stars hotels: 5 stars hotel in Pokhara: Phulbari resort. And other standard hotels: Fishtail lodge, Meera Hotel.

Booking Policy:

Confirm your trip at least two months before, with 45% of the payment and a copy of your passport. One group leader or agent will be free of service charge above 12 of paying the person in a group. (tax, flight, and monuments fee is not free)
