Everest Cho La Pass Trek
Everest Cho la Pass Trek and EBC trek starts from Lukla after the 35 minutes flight from Kathmandu. From Lukla, the way goes to Namche bazaar and the trail will leads us Gokyo passing the forest of rhododendron and birch after walking the main trail will leads us to Dzongla viewing the summit of Mt.Ama Dablam(6812m) and Mt.Tawache(6501m). After that, we will ascent towards the Gorak shep and to Kalapatthar along with the magnificent view of Mount Everest, Mt.Makalu(8481m),Mt. Lhotse(8516m) and many more. Generally, we consider the spring and autumn season as the best season to trek to this place as winter will be very cold. We may visit the local villages of Sherpa community where we may have a close view over to their lifestyle and tradition. The Sherpa people can be helpful for us as they can give us information about the local climate and preventive measures also as the tricky way of the area. Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu
Upon your arrival at Kathmandu, a representative of A One Nepal Trek will warmly receive you and will guide towards the best hotel of the town. The night will be enchanting at Kathmandu visiting the local market and buying some necessary things as well. The night will be delighted at the hotel at Kathmandu with the best dinner and a short discussion about the upcoming journey.( Service include: airport pickuo+Hotel 2 Star label with BB plan)
Day 02: Kathmandu preparation.
Visit world’s heritage sites. Which is the oldest of the three major cities in Kathmandu Valley – famous for its Buddhist monuments and Hindu temples, and you can catch the traditional artisans working with wood, stones and metals.
Pashupatinath Temple: It is one of the most known holy places for Hindu pilgrims in Kathmandu valley. The whole vicinity of Pashupatinath is densed with ages old pagoda model temples with golden plated roofs and the gorgeous woodcarvings on the doors and windows. To the south of the temple, the holy Bagmati river flows down sweeping the burnt dust of dead bodies produced from the cremation on its side. A small green holy wood forest breeze maintains the site cool all the time.
Boudhanath Stupa: It is one of the nice places to visit in Kathmandu valley, which has the biggest stupa. When someone enters the gate the holy prayer to sense peace is heard all around. All the Buddhists want to visit Boudhanath to feel the real sense of Buddhism. Boudhanath Stupa is one of the biggest stupa in the valley, has been built on 17th Century.
Kathmandu Durbar Square: Around the square there are some temples stood upright piercing the sky canopy and through the thousands of pigeon they spread the message of peace. Kumari temple is one of the most important parts of the square site where the ‘Living Goddess’ resides. Apart from those temples, a museum will be waiting for its visitors with an opportunity to unravel the treasures unabashedly. To visit this site is to know the historical facts of Nepal.
Soyambhunath Stupa: It is also known as ‘Monkey Temple’. The wide area of Soyambhunath is a hillock surrounded by small forest with some golden temples of Lord Buddha at the western gate and a main temple at the top of the hill. The most interesting thing with Soyambhunath is the nice view of Kathmandu valley to be seen from the top of the hill. Various kinds and sizes of monkeys are seen guarding the hillock. A lot of monasteries with big prayer wheels are the main attraction for the visitors.

Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla and trek to Phakding.
After having the breakfast at Kathmandu, we will take to the airport in the private drive. We will catch the flight and fly over to the airport at the highest altitude, Lukla. After getting off from the plane, we will trek towards Phakding. The Lukla airport is at the altitude of 2800m from where we have to tumble down to the height of 2652m at Phakding. We will spend the night at one of the hotel at Phakding.(Breakfast+Lunch+ Dinner + local lodge+Flight+Guide+Porter)
Day 04: Phakding to Namche bazaar(3440m)
From Phakding, after having the refreshing breakfast, we will push ourselves towards the Namche bazaar. We have to cross several suspension bridges over to Dudh Koshi River. We can scrutinize the magnificent view of Mt. Thamserku (6618m). We will walk across the Sagarmatha national park. After walking for 5 to 6 hours, we are now at Namche bazaar. Day 05: Namche bazaar acclimatization day
Namche bazaar is really a place to take rest and to explore. We need a whole day to explore the surrounding of Namche bazaar. We will hike up (300m) to Everest view point Syangboche. We are facilitated by everything here. We have ATNs, banks, internet cafes, restaurants, bakery, hospitals, government office and other many facilities. Day 06: Namche bazaar to Dole 4110m.
From Namche bazaar, the trail goes steeply towards the Kyangjuma village from where we can have a splendid view of mountains ranges all around us. We will have our lunch on the way to Dole. The admirable view around the trail will surely mesmerizes us. The way to Dole goes with the combination of Mountain View along with some beautiful scene of waterfalls and forests. Day 07: Dole to Machherma
From Dole, at first the path goes steeply to the Lhabarma at 4220m to Luza at 4360m. The trail will offers us many glittering view of Cho Oyu, Kantega and Thamserku. While trekking at this place we need to acclimatize ourselves with the increasing altitudes. After a incredible walk of about 4 to 5 hours, we will be able to reach at Machherma at 4410m.(Breakfast +Lunch+ Dinner +Guide+Porter+ local lodge)
Day 08: Machherma to Gokyo(4790m)
Early morning, we will trek towards the Gokyo from Machherma. The trail descends to the river and then begins to climb over to Ngozumpa glacier. Viewing the panoramic scenery around the region, we will move forwards through the main trail. We can explore around the lakes of Gokyo if we got some leisure time. The night will be spectacular a Gokyo at 4794m.(Breakfast +Lunch+ Dinner +Guide+Porter+ local lodge)
Day 09: Gokyo To Gokyo ri and to Thaknag.
Te day we wake up on 4:30 to climb Cokyo ri for Sun rise view over long and zaint Himalayan range. This is one of the most beautiful day. Then back to Gokyo after lunch 2 hours trek to Thankag. From Gokyo Ri to the altitude of 5496m, we can get the splendid view of mountain ranges including the highest peak of the world. A hike for about 2-3 hours will take us to the top. We will return back to Gokyo and trek towards Thagnag the same day and the night will be at 4750m.(Breakfast +Lunch+ Dinner +Guide+Porter+ local lodge)
Day 10: Thagnak to Cho-la pass to Zongla 4800m.
Wake up on early mooring at 4 am. Ascend over ridge of Cho-la 5420m. Takes 7 hrs to Get Zongla village. This is an amazing day for a massif magnificent views of such a long and zaint Himalayas around. A thick blue Ice-burg over Cho-la is a lifetime memory. The path is regarded easy as it goes flatter for some while. Then a steep down track through the rocky part.(Breakfast +Lunch+ Dinner +Guide+Porter+ local lodge)
Day 11: Zongla to Gorakshep via Lobuche.
From zongla, early morning, we will move towards the Lobuche following the path viewing some spectacular view of mountain ranges of Khumbu region. We can spend a day or two day at Lobuche.We will pass through the Khumbu glacier to Lobuche.We will reach to Nuptse from where we can get the spectacular view of sunrise and sunsets. The night will be spectacular at GorakShep day trekking of about 4 to 5 hours.(Breakfast +Lunch+ Dinner +Guide+Porter+ local lodge)
Day 12: Gorakshep to Kalapatthar, EBC and Gorak shep
We will start the day a bit earlier than ever as we need to pass along distance. At first, we will start the trek towards the west side going steeper before reaching to Kalapathar 5545m of Everest view point. from where the crystal clear view of Mount Everest can be seen. After Kalapathar we will move to EBC 5 hrs(go and back).We will spend the cold night at Gorak shep at lodge.(Breakfast +Lunch+ Dinner +Guide+Porter+ local lodge)
Day 13: Gorak shep to Dingboche.4410m
After refresh breakfast, we will have descend down trail to Lobuche will leads us towards the Dughla and Dingboche.(Breakfast +Lunch+ Dinner +Guide+Porter+ local lodge)
Day 14:Dingboche to Namche.
After breakfast,we will have crossing the Khumbu khola, we follow the main trail down to the village of Tsuro Wog Orsho and reach Pangboche. We can spend a little time at Pangboche monastery. From Pangboche a steep descent of about 500 m. will lead us towards the Dudhkosi River. After walking through the path for about 5 to 6 hours we can reach at Namche bazzar at the altitude of 3440m.(Breakfast +Lunch+ Dinner +Guide+Porter+ local lodge)
Day 15: Namche to Lukla
From Namche bazaar, we have to trek down to Lukla. We don’t need to rush as a easy effort will be enough to make our trek to Lukla. The way goes along with the beautiful rhododendron forest and pine forest with the combination of Sherpa villages. We can have a short encounter with the local people during our trek back to Lukla from Namche. (Breakfast +Lunch+ Dinner +Guide+Porter+ local lodge)
Day 16: Lukla to Kathmandu
It will take us only 55 minutes of time to be back to Kathmandu from Lukla. After getting off the plane, we can visit around the Kathmandu for the rest of the day. We can view the most panoramic and magnificent picture of mountains and forest while visiting the Kathmandu. Day 17: Farewell program
After having the refreshing breakfast in the breeze of the early morning, we ill be in motion towards the airport. A One Nepal Trek will arrange the facility of vehicle which will drop us to the airport. After attending the farewell program. Nice to A due!(Service Include:Breakfast+Airport drop)

Based on good Tea-house stay as familiar atmosphere with local people/ Deluxe business hotels are available at most of trekking part. Buddies people with agriculture, animal husbandry, wild life, Sherpa highland culture, and massive Mountains. Heavy colorful forest with verity of flora & fauna. This is untouchable place for not every dreaming trekkers.
Safety – Health- facility:
Our first goal is “first safety” for all of our clients and staff. We have smartly experienced friendly and knowledge able workers team. All they are well trained and must of they are license holder Guides. We arrange first aid. Also the area has heath post on every 2 days, and main hospital is not farther than maximum 8 hrs, from any part. We can use a quick drive on ruff road, carry by the people, take a horse ride, and arrange the Helicopter at our needed as per the emergency encase. The physical walk is 6 hours average per day with mini bag with your valued things average 2-5 kg.

We highly advised you to make your travel insurance during Nepal trip from your own country. Local lodge during the Trek:
All accommodations are Tea-house twin/group sharing basis in local house Or Luxurious hotels are available at some place on your own extra payment. Based on standard of hygiene, and clean of tourist standard available. There are mostly shame styles of accommodations during our trekking. Nice kitchen supplies all types’ food and beverage.
Meals and Water:
During our Trek, we can enjoy typical Nepali food; different ethnic cuisines as well as all types of international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, & usually local typical.) are from the menu as per local supplement. Lodge has well trained cook basically attention for clean, hygienic, fresh and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates, variety of breads, variety of drinks, and snacks. You could have able to buy Bottled water from every settlement. Even we would like to support you to pay for local purifying water cheaper with that’s help to controlled plastic pollution.
