Bhutan Culture Tour, Bhutan is a small Buddhist landlocked country. Before 4000 years ago people used to believe in Bonism religion. Dzongkha which means the language of the fort is the national language of Bhutan. There are many trekking destinations in Bhutan. These entire trekking destinations are very beautiful. Among the entire trekking path, Beautiful Culture Tour is one of them. This short and compact tour is mostly done in the road. This is the best route of Bhutan. Taktsang Monastery known as the tiger’s nest is the main highlights of this cultural trek. We can know about the culture of Bhutan on this tour. We can have the view of the best sights in this tour. We will pass through stunning valleys and small villages which helps us to know about the culture of this place in detail. Details Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival at Paro (By Druk Air flight)

After arriving in the airport of Paro, your personal guide will warmly welcome you and shift you to the hotel. Taking some rest we will have sightseeing around Paro. Firstly we will visit Ta Dzong and visit other places like Paro Rimpung Dzong, Kichu Lhakhang and Drukgyal Dzong. Our night will be interesting at the hotel.

Day 02: Paro to Thimphu

Early morning we will have breakfast and visit Taktsang Monastery. This monastery is the main highlight of the trip. Then we will return for lunch and drive to Thimphu. In the way will take short view over National Memorial Chorten, Dupthop Lhakhang, Changkha Monastery and the mini zoo. Sangay Gang View Point (2685m) will end the trek of the day. We will stay night at the hotel of Thimphu.

Day 03: Thimphu Exploration Day

Thimpu is very beautiful place. There are so many things to explore around Thimpu. Firstly we will visit the National Library, Painting School, Traditional Medicine Institute and Handicraft Emporium for shopping various Bhutanese Arts and Textiles. Then we will have lunch and hike to Tango Monastery a one hour 280m climb. After exploring whole place we will return back to same hotel to stay overnight.

Day 04: Thimphu to Punakha

Today we will drive to Punakha via Dochula Pass. We will see 108 Bhutanese Stupas. If the weather is clear we can have clear view of snow capped Himalayas. Punakha Dzong is in our way so we will visit here also. We have to walk across a long suspension bridge to reach the Dzong. In the evening short hike to Chimi Lhakhang, the temple of fertility. Our night will be in one of the hotel in Punakha.

Day 05: Punakha to Wangduephodrang and to Paro

Paro will be our next destination. During the day we will have sightseeing in the valley of Wangdiphodrang. Wangdiphodrang Dzong building is included which was built in 1638. After visiting we will cross over Pelela Pass at 3250 meters. Our lunch will be at Chendebji Restaurant. We will visit the Chendebji Monastery also. Overnight will be in the best hotel of Paro.

Day 06: Final Departure

After having a night rest at Paro, we will pack our luggage to march ourselves towards airport of Paro. We have to reach at airport 3 hours before the flight. We hope, while returning back to home country you will think for a re visit. We hope for your better journey.

el viaje que nos organizaste por Nepal fue simplemente espectacular. Tu organización fue perfecta, tanto de los hoteles como en los pueblos que fuimos parando durante la vuelta al Annapurna. Tu conocimiento del lugar nos facilitó mucho las cosas, tu asesoramiento con respecto a la altura, que hizo que ninguno del grupo tuviera problemas.
