Rolwaling Tashi Lapsa pass trekking trail is situated in the east west valley below the Gauri Shankar Himal towards north east of Kathmandu valley. This trek is less crowded with trekkers and offers the mountain vistas, natural scenery as well as the diverse culture of the ethnic people. In this trek you traverse through the dense and gloomy primeval forests, tranquil picturesque villages, rivers, valleys, passes with stunning views of the Himalayas. During the trek you get the experience of the culture and lifestyle of the ethnic community like tamnd, Sherpa, Magar, Chhetri and the mixed culture. It involves the crossing of the high passes and walking in the high altitude. To complete Rolwaling trek one requires the prior experience of the trekking and good physical condition as well as the basic idea of mountaineering. You finally enter the Khumbu region and descend to Lukla and flight back to Kathmandu. Day 01: Arrive to Kathmandu
You will be landed to the beautiful land of Nepal after having the wonderful flight from your hometown. At airport, a representative of A One Nepal Trek will be there to welcome you. He will guide you to the best hotel of Kathmandu arranged by A One Nepal Trek. The night will be at Kathmandu with the crew members discussing about the trekking.
Day 02: Kathmandu to Dolakha to Shigati to Suri Dobhan
From Kathmandu, we will drive to Dolakha which will nowadays continue towards the Shigati. After the drive for several hours, we will continue towards the beautiful land of Suri Dobhan. We will stay the night at Suri Dobhan for the night with pleasure.
Day 03: Suri Dobhan to Jagat
From Suri Dobhan, we will resume our official trekking to the region. We will trek along the river and after crossing several streams and Jungles of varieties of trees. After crossing the suspension bridge, we will reach to Jagat. Jagat is at the height of 1440m.
Day 04: Jagat to Simigaun
After having the breakfast, we will walk towards the normal flat which will goes ups and downs. The trail follows the river through the road along side its bank. After walking for about 5 hours, we will reach at the height of 1990m. The night will be at the Simigaun which is a Sherpa village.
Day 05: Simigaun to Kharka
From Simigaun, we will leave the Sherpa village viewing the beautiful view of Gaurishanker above the Rolwaling valley. The trail from Simigaun first follows the way to Rolwaling valley which goes through the beautiful but rocky and forest way. Then the trail will descend to Rolwaling River. The night will be at Kharka at the tented camp.
Day 06: Kharka to Beding
From Kharka, we will trek towards the beautiful village of Beding. The route goes through the forest of rhododendron viewing the beautiful view of Gaurishanker. The night will be at Beding after the walking of 3690m above sea level.
Day 07: Beding to Na
From the Beding viewing the glorious view of mountains, we will follow the alpine trekking zone to the small village. The people used to live here only during summer due to the problem of extreme snow fall at this region. We will get the nice view of Chobutse (6685m) and Chugimago (6259m). The night will be at the tented camp of Na.
Day 08: Na to Tso Rolpa Lake
From Na, we will trek through the pain surface for a while and will continue to climb towards Tso Rolpa Lake. We will get the magnificent view of Tso Rolpa while trekking at this region. The night will be at the altitude of 4588m. The trekking goes for about 7 hours.
Day 09: Tso Rolpa to Trakarding Glacier
From Tso Rolpa, we will trek towards the beautiful the beautiful region of Glaciers. The trekking of about 4 hours will enable us to reach at Trakarding Glaciers. The trail will be ascending to the height of 4800m above sea level.
Day 10: Trek to Tashi Lapcha Base camp
We will follow the trekking route to Tashi Lapcha base camp. We will follow the way to the Drolambau glaciers which will offers us to view the spectacular view of high summit of mountain. After walking for about 5 hours, the night will be at Tashi Lapcha base camp.
Day 11: Cross the Tashi Lapcha Base camp
The day will be starting with the trekking along to the region of Tashi Lapcha Base camp. The trekking will be at the height of 5755m, so, we need to acclimatize ourselves at different points while trekking at this region. The crossing trekking will goes for about 5 hours.
Day 12: Climb Pachermo to Thengpo
From the top of Tashi Lapcha, we will climb towards the Pachermo. The snowy path will lead us to the altitude of 6272m above sea level. Viewing the fantastic view of mountain of the Khumbu regions, we will climb to the top of Pachermo and will descend to the Thengpo following the trail. The descending way goes for about 3 to 4 hours. The night will be at the altitude of 4370m above sea level.
Day 13: Trek to Thame
From the Thengpo, we will trek downwards to Thame. The trail is moving down which will be comparatively easier. The trail will descend gradual to the height of 3820m which will be achieved after the trekking of about 5 hours. The route will offers us magnificent view of mountain like Amadablam, Thamserku, Nuptse, and Mt. Everest along with other numerous numbers of mountains. The night will be at Thame.
Day 14: Thame to Namche Bazaar
From Thame, we will trek towards the beautiful region Namche bazaar. The trail goes for about 5 hours which will be exhilarating through the rivers of Bhote Koshi and Dudh Koshi River. The night will be at Namche Bazaar. Namche Bazaar is at the height of 3440m above sea level.
Day 15: Namche bazaar to Lukla
From Namche bazaar, we will trek through the smooth surface of the Everest region. We will make the journey entertaining by viewing the surrounding area along with interacting with the people. Therefore a relaxed journey of about 6 to 7 hours will guide us to Lukla from Namche bazaar. The night, we will enjoy the last dinner at the land of Himalayas.
Day 16: Lukla to Kathmandu
From Lukla we will catch the early flight over to Kathmandu as the climate may become worse later of the day. We will be at Kathmandu within the passage of several minutes. After landing at Kathmandu, w e will move towards the hotel room and enjoy the leisure time at Kathmandu. We will have a success party at the night.
Day 17: Farewell
After having a relaxing night at Kathmandu, finally, the day of returning back to our home country and busy schedule has come with the ending of our glittering tour over to the highlands of Nepal. A One Nepal Trek will organize a small farewell program at the airport and will help for any inconvenience that may arise during the departure. We wish for your better journey ahead.

Also the area has heath post on every 2 days, and main hospital is not farther than maximum 5 hrs, from any part. We can use a quick drive on ruff road, carry by the people, take a horse ride, and arrange the Helicopter at our needed as per the emergency encase. The physical walk is 6 hours average per day with mini bag with your valued things average 2-5 kg. but 2 days is shorter.

During our Trek, we can enjoy typical Nepali food, different ethnic cuisines as well as all types of international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, and Indian.) are from the menu as per local supplement. Lodge has well trained cook basically attention for clean, hygienic, fresh and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates, variety of breads, variety of drinks, and snacks.
