Manaslu Rupina La Trek is one of the beautiful but challenging trail of Manaslu trekking regions. It was opened as the trekking region since 1991. Since then the numbers of people trekking at this region is increasing day by day. The trekking to this region will lead us to the high and remote areas of Manaslu region of Nepal. The trekking to this area will give us the golden opportunity to collect the real experience of trekking at the snow covered area on the high land of the Himalayas. The people of this region will follow mainly Tibetan culture. The trekking to this region goes through the sub tropical, sub alpine to alpine forest with the mix culture of the local people. The trekking route of this region follows the Budhi-Gandaki River through the route. Mostly the trek will offers us the panoramic and beautiful view of Himalayan scenery, lush valleys, beautiful landscapes, wild animals and birds and the predominantly Tibetan culture. The major Himalayas that we can view are Mt. Manaslu[8167m],Mt. Manaslu peak 29(7871m),Mt. Himalchuli (7893m) and Mt.Bouddha Himal (6672m).

The trekking to this region begins from the drive to Trishuli Bazaar and the road will continue towards the Barpark, Kharka, Rupina-La Phedi and to the top of Rupina-La pass. If you have  longer time to cross Larke-La then trip will continue for more days through the Tilije, Tal, Ghermu Phant, Bhulbhule and to Besisahar and back to Kathmandu by bus.

Details Intinerary

Day 01: Arrival to Kathmandu

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu at TIA, a representative of A One Nepal Trek will warmly welcome you to Nepal. She/he will guide you towards the hotel room of Nepal. The day can be either rest day or some sightseeing day of Kathmandu. The night will be at the hotel by discussing about the tour and enjoying the delicious dinner.

Day 02: Kathmandu city tour and final prepare for trekking.

Visit world’s heritage sites. Which is the oldest of the three major cities in Kathmandu Valley – famous for its Buddhist monuments and Hindu temples, and you can catch the traditional artisans working with wood, stones and metals.

Pashupatinath: It is one of the most known holy places for Hindu pilgrims in Kathmandu valley. The whole vicinity of Pashupatinath is densed with ages old pagoda model temples with golden plated roofs and the gorgeous woodcarvings on the doors and windows. To the south of the temple, the holy Bagmati river flows down sweeping the burnt dust of dead bodies produced from the cremation on its side. A small green holy wood forest breeze maintains the site cool all the time.

 Boudhanath: It is one of the nice places to visit in Kathmandu valley, which has the biggest stupa. When someone enters the gate the holy prayer to sense peace is heard all around. All the Buddhists want to visit Boudhanath to feel the real sense of Buddhism. Boudhanath Stupa – one of biggest stupas in the valley, has been built on 17th Century.

Kathmandu Durbar Square: Around the square there are some temples stood upright piercing the sky canopy and through the thousands of pigeon they spread the message of peace. Kumari temple is one of the most important parts of the square site where the ‘Living Goddess’ resides. Apart from those temples, a museum will be waiting for its visitors with an opportunity to unravel the treasures unabashedly. To visit this site is to know the historical facts of Nepal.

Soyambhunath: It is also known as ‘Monkey Temple’. The wide area of Soyambhunath is a hillock surrounded by small forest with some golden temples of Lord Buddha at the western gate and a main temple at the top of the hill. The most interesting thing with Soyambhunath is the nice view of Kathmandu valley to be seen from the top of the hill. Various kinds and sizes of monkeys are seen guarding the hillock. A lot of monasteries with big prayer wheels are the main attraction for the visitors.[Hotel+Breakfast]

Day 03: Kathmandu to Trishuli Bazaar

After having the breakfast at the Kathmandu, we will drive towards the beautiful region of Trishuli bazaar. The drive goes for 4 hours.  We will spend some of our leisure time at the historical old town of Trishuli. The night will be at hotel of Trishuli bazaar.

Day 04: Trishuli bazaar to Bumdang

After having the delicious breakfast at the Trishuli bazaar, we move towards to the Bumdang. The trekking region goes for 7 hours through the beautiful and panoramic view of the surrounding. The trail goes smoothly to the Bumdang to the height of 1680m.

Day 05: Bumdang to Satyadevi

From Bumdang, after having the breakfast, we will move towards our next destination of today. We will follow the main trail to Satyadevi. We will glimpse many beautiful and panoramic views of mountains from the viewpoint of the trekking route. Satyadevi is situated at the height of 1680m above sea level.

Day 06: Satyadevi to Jharlang

From Satyadevi, we will move towards our next destination to Jharlang. The route is blessed with the panoramic view of great ranges of mountains all over the regions. The trekking to this region will be obviously pleasurable and explore able. The Jharlang is situated at the altitude of 2030m.

Day 07: Jharlang to Khading

From Jharlang, we will be keen to move towards the beautiful region of Khading. We will walk through the main trail interacting with the people that we might meet at the way. The trekking to Jharlang lasts for several walking hours.   Khading is at the altitude of 2600m. We will spend the night over there.

Day 08: Khading to Lapubesi via Rupina-La pass

From Khading, we will move early in the morning. We will trek through the main trail which will lead us to our destination of the day. After walking for several hours we will reach at Lapubesi after crossing the Rupina la pass at the height of 3900m. We will get the most panoramic view of the surrounding area from the Rupina-La passes. From the height of 3900m, we will descend to the height of 2640m at Lapubesi.

Day 09:Lapubesi to Singla to Barpark

After achieving our objectives, we will resume our relaxing journey following the beautiful trail. We will go through the main trail the Singla and then to Barpark. Barpark is situated at the altitude of 1800m above sea level.This is a classical ancient unique Grung village of Nepal. The night will be interesting at Barpark.

Day 10: Barpark to Takukot

From Barpark, we will trek through the smooth and fair track to Takukot. The trail passes through the beautiful village of Gorkha districts. We can interact with the local people. The night will be exciting at Takukot enjoying with the local people. The Takukot is situated at the altitude of 1250m.

Day 11: Takukot to Gorkha hill palace

From Takukot, we will make a short journey to the Gorkha hill palace. We will spend the whole day around the Gorkha districts with some rest and with some exploration around the beautiful districts. One of the most beautiful and historical place of this place is the historical palace of the the place. The night will be at the altitude of 1260m.

Day 12: Gorkha to Kathmandu

From Gorkha, we will drive to our own destination to Kathmandu for 6 hrs. We will surely enjoy the magnificent journey of the bus as we move from Gorkha to Kathmandu. The night will be fantastic and relaxing at the Kathmandu as per our booking.

Day 13: Farewell

After having a relaxing night at Kathmandu, finally, the day of returning back to your home country and busy schedule has come with the ending of our glittering tour over to the highlands of Nepal. We will organize a small farewell program at the airport and will help for any inconvenience that may arise during the departure.  We wish for your better journey ahead.

Safety – Health- facility:

Our first goal is “first safety” for all of our clients and staff. We have smartly experienced friendly and knowledge able workers team. All they are well trained and must of they are license holder Guides. We arrange first aid. Also the area has heath post on every 2 days, and main hospital is not farther than maximum 5 hrs, from any part. We can use a quick drive on ruff road, carry by the people, take a horse ride, and arrange the Helicopter at our needed as per the emergency encase. The physical walk is 6 hours average per day with mini bag with your valued things average 2-5 kg. but 2 days is shorter.

Your Personal Travel Insurance:

We highly advised you to make your travel insurance during Nepal trip from your own country. It is a condition upon joining any of our trips that all clients be insured for comprehensive expenses that might incur due to medical issues or accidents (this includes air ambulance, helicopter rescue, and treatment costs).we don’t arrange or sell insurance.

Tea house Local lodge during the Trek:

All accommodations for Ghorepani-Poon hill Trek are on twin sharing basis included in the trip cost and are chosen based on standard of hygiene, standard and clean of tourist standard available. There are mostly shame styles of accommodations during our trekking. And very some of place has limits of Attach bath room as your own payment. All the lodging and meal cost has controlled by management community at in area.

Meals and Water:

During our Trek, we can enjoy typical Nepali food, different ethnic cuisines as well as all types of international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, and Indian.) are from the menu as per local supplement. Lodge has well trained cook basically attention for clean, hygienic, fresh and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates, variety of breads, variety of drinks, and snacks. You could have able to buy Bottled water from every settlement. Even we would like to support you to pay for local purifying water cheaper with that’s help to controlled plastic pollution. Also the boiled water, or running fresh water with your peals or filtering is much recommended.

What to bring with you:

Raincoat, bag cover, round sun hat. Half paint for rain, waterproof waking boot, Suntan lotion, sunglass, light waterproof gore tax set, a pair of sleepers, some t-shirt, If you have your private light sleeping bag/If Not we will provide, walking stick, your regular drug and necessary you things.

The Annapurna region is stunningly beautiful, but equally fragile. Future generations have just as much of a right to appreciate it as we do. Hence, the tourism industry has an obligation to protect and preserve it. We are consideration a ‘zero impact’ policy on the natural environment and the traditional communities that live at the traveled places. We enforce a number of do’s and don’ts. We also work alongside “KEEP” in order to maintain our environmental concerns.

Best Season: We are Sure Ghorepani-Poon hill trek for all Season. Even Sep to Dec and Feb to Apr is best.
