Everest Three Pass Trek
Everest three high pass trek is one of the renowned adventurous trekking routes of Everest region. It will be the ultimate trekking route to experience the challenging trekking in the high Himalayas. The three magnificent passes are Renjo la pass (5388m), Kongma La pass(5535m) and Cho la pass (5380m).e can see the splendid view of mountains from the view point of the trekking route. While trekking to the three passes or peaks of Everest region, one can experience a real toughness in trekking as it is much harder than that of the trekking in the Everest base camp. The trekking to the Everest adventure will starts from the flight over to Lukla from Kathmandu. From Lukla, we will head towards the Namche bazaar viewing the Sherpa community along with their tradition and culture. The high trek to Renjo la pass is rough but it will offer us the bravura view of the sparkling view of the mountains covered by white snow. Similarly, we can see many beautiful glaciers and passes during our trek.
After completing our objectives we will continue our way to other two peaks of the region. From the Everest base camp, we will return towards Lobuche, Kongma la, Chhukung and back to Lukla following the mina trail. We can see the presence of beautiful monastery while walking to the high lands of the Sherpas. Similarly, we have to take proper rest at different altitude in order to adapt ourselves with the nature and low oxygen. To trek to this region is risky which need a better guide and helpful experts along with some experience of trekking.
Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu
Upon your arrival at Kathmandu, a representative of A One Nepal Trek will warmly receive you and will guide towards the best hotel of the town. The night will be enchanting at Kathmandu visiting the local market and buying some necessary things as well. The night will be delighted at the hotel at Kathmandu with the best dinner and a short discussion about the upcoming journey.
Day 02: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla and trek to Phakding
After having the breakfast at Kathmandu, we will take to the airport in the private bus of A One Nepal Trek. We will catch the flight and fly over to the airport at the highest altitude, Lukla. After getting off from the plane, we will trek towards Phakding. The Lukla airport is at the altitude of 2800m from where we have to tumble down to the height of 2652m at Phakding. Day 03: Phakding to Namche bazaar.3440m.
From Phakding, after having the refreshing breakfast, we will push ourselves towards the Namche bazaar. We have to cross several suspension bridges over to Dudh Koshi River. We can scrutinize the magnificent view of Mt. Thamserku (6618m). We will walk across the Sagarmatha national park. After walking for 5 to 6 hours, we are now at Namche bazaar. Day 04: Namche bazaar acclimatization day
Namche bazaar is really a place to take rest and to explore. We need a whole day to explore the surrounding of Namche bazaar. We are facilitated by everything here. We have ATms, banks, internet cafes, restaurants, bakery, hospitals, government office and other many facilities. Day 05: Namche bazaar to Thame.3820m.
From Namche bazaar, we follow the North West trail leaving the main trail of the Everest base camp. The way leads us towards the Tibetan lands so we may see many Tibetan people trekking down or up in the trail. After a trek of 4 to 5 hours, we can be at Thame. Thame is popular for being the birth place of Tenzing Norgay.[Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Local lodge]
Day 06: Acclimatization day at Thame
The day can be spending for acclimatizing and exploring around Thame. We can visit the beautiful monastery above the town for a while. The day will greatly help us to adapt ourselves for the upcoming way to the high lands. We will have a relaxing day at Thame.[Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Local lodge]
Day 07: Thame to Lungdeng.4368m.
From Thame, we continue our way sighting the beautiful yak grazing land and pasture lands. After walking the whole day through the old villages of the Himalayas, we can finally reach at Lungdeng. The Lungdeng village is situated at the altitude of 4380m above sea level. We will rest the night at Lungdeng.[Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Local lodge]
Day 08: Lungdeng to Renjo la Base camp
From Lungdeng, we will continue our path towards the deserted valley just below the Nangpa la pass. This pass is an important trade route between Tibet and Nepal. The same trekking route is used still today to do the trade at Tibet and Nepal. The trekking route goes long for about 3 to 4 hours to the altitude of 4900m.[Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Local lodge]
Day 09: Cross Renjo la pass(5360m) to Gokyo lakes.4800m.
From the base camp of Renjo la, we continue our way up to the Renjo la pass to the elevation of 5388m. We will find it harder trekking at Renjo la pass. From the Renjo la pass, a clear view of Everest, Cho Oyu, Gyachung, Makalu, Nuptse and Amadablam can be seen. After glancing the panoramic view of great Himalaya’s ranges, we will be delighted to move towards the Gokyo lakes.[Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Local lodge]
Day 10: Rest day at Gokyo lakes
We will spend at day at Gokyo lakes exploring the surrounding area. We are at the altitude of 4790m above sea level. So the rest day can be also taken as acclimatization day for the further journey. We have to take rest the whole day in order to re energize ourselves for the upcomimg tough journey.[Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Local lodge]
Day 11: Ascent to Gokyo RI and trek to Dragnag(Thagnag) 4700m.
From Gokyo lakes, we climb up to the peaks. We may have the finest view from the top. We will see the stunning view of Everest and Cho Oyu along with many mountains. The ascent to Gokyo Ri will be of 2 hours. After trekking for about 2 to 3 hours, we will be at far side to Dragnag at the altitude of 4700m.[Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Local lodge]
Day 12: Cross Cho la 5,360m to Dzongla 4,830m.
Today we will move towards the next peak. At first, we have to climb to the steep hills to reach to sandy ridgeline. We may see beautiful scenery of mountains ranging over 6000m while trekking through this land. While crossing the Cho la pass we have to be careful as this place id at the altitude of 5380m above sea level. We may need some ropes to fix while trekking at this region. Day 13: Dzongla to Lobuje 4910m.
The trail from Dzongla descends little and then goes steeply towards the Lobuje. We can see the superb view of Amadablam to the north face. The Lobuje is the base camp for the Everest trekkers, so we may encounter with many people while we are at Lobuje. We will enjoy the delightful night at Lobuje. Day 14: Lobuje to Gorak shep and climb to Kalapatthar
From Lobuje, we will start the dawn with breakfast and trekking. After walking the morning for 3 hours we can reach at Gorak shep. We will take a short rest and will be served by lunch here. After the lunch, the trekking to Kalapatthar will be exciting. The Kalapatthar is at the altitude of 5545m above sea level offering the dazzling view over to the Himalayas. We have to prepare hot dinner for the night at Gorakshep 5140m.[Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Local lodge]
Day 15: Trek to Everest base camp and back to lobuche.
From Gorakshep, in the cold morning, we will lead towards the Everest base camp to the altitude of 5360m. We need to walk for about 3 hours to reach at our final destination. We will spend some time at the Everest base camp to breathe in the cold breeze coming from the snow. We will have our lunch during the trek. The whole phenomenon goes for 5 to 6 hours. We will then further continue our way back to Lobuje, where we will spend the night. If we are not well satisfied for watching the beautiful mountains then we can closely examine the White Mountains for the whole day.[Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Local lodge]
Day 16: Cross Kongma la 5535m to Chhukung
From Lobuje the path goes along to the Kongma la pass. The Kongma la pass is a challenging and interesting pass to approach the Imja valley. The way is steep to reach at the pass and then goes down to Chhukung. From the pass we can enjoy the spectacular view of mountain around us. After the trekking for 4 hours, we will be at Chhukung at the altitude of 4730m.[Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Local lodge]
Day 17: Chhukung to Kyangjuma.
We will start the morning quiet early than ever as we have to go a long way today. We will climb towards the Chhukung and will be paralyzed once by seeing the true picture of Nepal from the elevation. A trek to Dingboche for 1 hours.Following the main trail, We have to pass the forest of rhododendron, fir and different vegetation while trekking at this part of Nepal. We shouldn’t have to stop ourselves until we reach at Kyangjuma and will have to spend the night at there at the elevation of 3,550 m.[Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Local lodge]
Day 18: Trek to Manjo.
From Kyangjuma, Phakding will be our next destination. The two places lies within the distance of about 5 to 6 hours. We will trek from Namche bazaar to Phakding after having the lunch at Namche bazaar. We don’t need to rush as the route is not as along as others. We have to cross several suspension bridges while travelling through the way. We should be at Manjo at the night to stay.[Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Local lodge]
Day 19: Manjo to Lukla
Form manjo, we will have a fantastic way to the Lukla as the trail goes much more flatten and easier. The trekking route is about 3 to 4 hours long. The trek to Lukla will be short so we can spend a quality time at Lukla for rest of the day. The Lukla is at the height of 2840m.[Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+Local lodge]
Day 20: Lukla to Kathmandu
It will take us only few hours of time to be back to Kathmandu from Lukla. After getting off the plane, we can visit around the Kathmandu for the rest of the day. We can view the most panoramic and magnificent picture of mountains and forest while visiting the Kathmandu. We will spend the night at Kathmandu Hotel as per booking.[Breakfast+flight+Hotel BB plan]
Day 21: Farewell program
After having the refreshing breakfast in the breeze of the early morning, we will be in motion towards the airport. A One Nepal Trek will arrange the facility of vehicle which will drop us to the airport. After attending the farewell program organized .we can precede further for the flight.

Safety – Health- facility:
Our first goal is “first safety” for all of our clients and staff. We have smartly experienced friendly and knowledge able workers team. All they are well trained and must of they are license holder Guides. We arrange first aid. Also the area has heath post on every 2 days, and main hospital is not farther than maximum 5 hrs, from any part. We can use a quick drive on ruff road, carry by the people, take a horse ride, and arrange the Helicopter at our needed as per the emergency encase. The physical walk is 6 hours average per day with mini bag with your valued things average 2-5 kg. but 2 days is shorter.

We highly advised you to make your travel insurance during Nepal trip from your own country. Tea house Local lodge during the Trek:
All accommodations are Tea-house twin bed sharing basis room in local house.Or Luxurious hotels are available at some place. Based on standard of hygiene, and clean of tourist standard available. There are mostly shame styles of accommodations during our trekking. Nice kitchen supplies all types’ food and beverage
Meals and Water:
During our Trek, we can enjoy typical Nepali food, different ethnic cuisines as well as all types of international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, and Indian.) are from the menu as per local supplement. Lodge has well trained cook basically attention for clean, hygienic, fresh and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates, variety of breads, variety of drinks, and snacks. You could have able to buy Bottled water from every settlement. Even we would like to support you to pay for local purifying water cheaper with that’s help to controlled plastic pollution. Also the boiled water, or running fresh water with your peals or filtering is much recommended.

Raincoat, bag cover, round sun hat. Half paint for rain, waterproof waking boot, Suntan lotion, sunglass, light waterproof gore tax set, a pair of sleepers, some t-shirt, If you have your private light sleeping bag/If Not we will provide, walking stick, your regular drug and necessary you things.
