Nepal is known as country of festival. In Nepali calendar it is hard to find a month without any festival. There are different ethnic group of people in all region. Each of them has their own festival. Among them Everest region is one of them. People of Everest region celebrate almost all festivals. But Mani Rimdu is the main festival of local Sherpa people in Everest region. It is the Buddhist festival. People are mostly related with the Tibetan culture and tradition. So most of the people over here celebrate this festival in Tibetan style which is the another benefits of getting knowledge of Tibetan culture in this trekking.

Everest Mani Rimdu Festival Trek is the most fascinating festival in land of Himalaya. This festival is observed every year. The date is fixed according to the Lunar calendar usually occurs in November. Tengboche (world’s highest monastery) in solukhumbu district is the main point of celebrating this festival. People do various masked dances which is the significance of Mani Rimdu festival. Main attraction of this trekking is to observe the festival with the local people. It is celebrated for three days. In these three days we will be the self witness how much interesting is this festival. Another attraction of this trekking is the beauty around Namche bazaar (capital of Sherpa land). This is how local Sherpa people celebrated Mani Rimdu festival in Everest region. Having live performance of celebrating with local people will be the most interesting than in just reading in book. So if you are interested to have live performance you can kindly contact to A One Nepal Trek.
